Who knew in a small-town in upstate NY would have a superb sushi restaurant. My son and I found this place in a random stop for lunch. The sushi chef Bowin made us an incredible lunch. The Tuna, yellowtail and the Uni were so fresh...and delicious.
Our server Lili..provided excellent service. She had a warm smile and laughed at all my stupid jokes.
Serious...this place is a find!!More
We went on a Friday in the late afternoon. The restaurant was not very crowded then, but more people did arrive by the time we left. I will say our server couldn't have been any nicer and the food was excellent. We'll definitely be coming...back to Hanami.More
Although it was pretty empty, we went in an were greeted nicely to a clean restaurant. Hibachi shrimp bento box was delicious and was more food than we expected. Nice music and ambiance as well. Enjoyable!
I just so happen to order here because it was close to my job.in one week this is my third time here! The young lady working here is super sweet and the food taste so fresh, don't come here expecting mt Fuji this is definitely...local food with quality taste and freshness that does not compare.More
I have eaten sushi all over the country and this one is on the top of the list. This is my new go too sushi restaurant. I recommend the Fuji Apple Sake. Only problem is there is too much to decide from. Never been disappointed...in all the trips there.More
Amazing sushi sashimi, delightful Asian Fusion menu. Japanese, Tha, and Chinese. We were absolutely impressed. We live in South America and make it a point of visiting Hanami when we are in town visiting family!!
Friends recommended this small hard to find restaurant in Middletown. It is a hidden Japanese Gem. So quaint and friendly. The service is great. The food was fresh and tasty. I love the light and crispy texture of the tempura.
