Our local school district does a father daughter dance and ever since the first one I always take my daughter out to the eis house before hand. The food is good. Prices are fair. It does a good job of separating the bar area from the tables also they have a large room w/ bar to host events which I... More

Daily Specials are always changing. Never a dull moment on the food list. Have a Gluten free diet. Tell the waitress and the staff will help you on that.

If you are looking for a nice relaxing garden, a sports bar, or quiet moment in dining room for a night out, each is available at the Eis House. Menu is good, but nothing stands out. I enjoyed the atmosphere, but their seafood (Shrimp Salad) fell short. Shrimp was so salty it was inedible. The waitress was very responsive, took... More

I lodged two nights at the Eis House on my annual snowmobile outing. The room was nice and clean with bright white fluffy towels in the bathroom. The room also had a mini fridge & coffee maker. The big bonus was the outstanding bar & restaurant that's part of the lodging facility. I was impressed with the food & service.... More

I stayed for three nights in October on a fishing trip to the Salmon River. It's about 20 minutes from the river. The room I stayed in was much nicer than I expected and the bar was a terrific place to unwind and grab a bite to eat after a long day of fishing. I will definitely stay here again.

Not many restaurants are open Christmas eve. Eis house was open and ready. Very nice menu including a good selection seafood, pasta and beef. Started with calamari which was very tender however could have been more crisp on the outside. Seafood fradelovia over pasta was very good . Chicken Milan was very good and very large. Creme Brule was small... More

First time ever having dinner, party of 9 for buffet style all you can eat Thanksgiving dinner. To start turkey with the trimmings was pretty good except for stuffing was a little dry, desserts were also pretty good, service was excellent. I would say for the price the meal was very good. And the rest of our party agreed. Will... More

Our visit there was underwhelming. The food was a bit greasy and heavy and the service was mediocre. Not to mention being overpriced for such unimpressive food. The only redeeming quality is the restaurant itself. Nice atmosphere.
