Great food for a great occasion!

Even flooded with a crowd and dealing with Covid restrictions, they did an amazing job accommodating us as we celebrated my grandfather's 90th birthday. Staff was incredibly kind and attentive. Food was delicious. Even gave the kids dough to play with while they waited and then allowed them to construct their own pizzas before they were cooked in the oven. Amazing atmosphere. A good time was had by everyone.

This restaurant is good for a meal that will leave you full with some to spare for next day's lunch. My guest order a 12 inch pizza with works. I ordered Alfred chicken with broccoli. It was heavenly and the next day's lunch was just as good. We went early just after 4:30 p.m. As we were leaving the place was full. Definitely recommend. There is a large engrave stone in the front by the parking lot. Very interesting.

Friendly staff, good food

My family and I had dinner here twice while we were camping in the area. I enjoyed a variety of nice salads, as there wasn’t any gluten free pasta or pizza on the menu. My husband and son enjoyed the pizza and calzones. The staff was friendly and helpful. Would recommend.

Very disappointed

I arrived in Massena fairly late in the evening. The hotel I was staying at gave me a menu for here as this was about the only restaurant open after 9 pm. and close by I called and ordered takeout. I got the pizza logs and the chicken Caesar salad. When I arrived there was a girl at the counter that was friendly but busy. She was dealing with the phone and counter at the same time. There was also a guy that I would guess works in the kitchen. He ignored me and when a second person started waiting for service he left and went back to the kitchen. For $20 I got three pizza rolls that tasted fine but we're not better than frozen ones you can buy from a grocery store. I also got a chicken Caesar salad with no chicken. Getting back to my hotel room with the takeout I also discovered they didn't give me any utensils. Luckily the hotel desk clerk was able to help me out. Personally, I can't foresee a situation that would ever take me back to Massena. But for anyone that goes there, I highly don't recommend An Italian Affair. You would be better off driving back out if town to the McDonald's that is on the Eastern edge of the town.

Far prices good food. A bit slow on a minimally busy Friday evening. There was 3 of us and with salad, chicken parmigiana, and a kids pizza. And our food took about 40 minutes. The food was good once we got it.

A bit of Brooklyn in Massena

The Pizza was outstanding. We had one white and one red. Crust was outstanding.!! We saw many people who got wings that looked great also. No appetite left, have to order them another time 😆Service was excellent too. If you want Italian food this is the place to go.!!! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Absolutely Delicious

We were in Massena for a week and came to this restaurant twice, it was so good we had to go back! We had wings, pizza, salad and adult beverages. Everything was delicious and the service was impeccable. We were seated immediately each time even though it was crowded, the staff was friendly and professional, the facility was clean and well maintained. There was nothing that we could complain about!

Rotten slimy salads, subs literally only shredded lettuce & cheese- pizza is greasy goo... Such a rip off! Disgusting, don't bother you'll get sick! they screw your order up on purpose while laughing at you like you have the gall to order customized food which they over charge for on purpose

Great Food

We ate in, and everything was Great ! Our Nephew was really Excited to receive a Pizza dough, cheese and sauce, and was able to make his own pizza . Then they cooked it for him :) I had Lasagne, Is a Highly Recommend.

The food service is getting worse

In the begging there food was the best in all around massena now the past few times that I been ordering there whoever the cook is must not have heart while cooking the food is tasteless and awful and I just can’t bare to digest it anymore so I highly consider if you value your time and family treat them with love and take them somewhere else

Good food reasonable prices

We enjoyed eating here. Once we ate in the restaurant and another time we got takeout. It was great both times, however their service was a bit slow.

Weird Decor

The restaurant looks nice from the outside but has a weird disjointed decor on the inside. There is a mix of tables and booths, two separated main dining areas, a separate party room and a take out area that are not joined with any consistent decor. It was busy on a Wednesday evening for dinner and the service was prompt, I ordered a spinach pizza and a glass of house Merlot. The pizza was basic, thin crust, white sauce with too much garlic and not enough spinach. Not terrible, but not particularly outstanding either.
