Our restaurant offers a wide array of authentic Asian Food, such as SUSHI, Hibachi meal, house chicken noodle, Tom yum soup ,Thai style Pad Thai, Pineapple fried rice, Tempura Vegetable, Chicken Katsu, & etc. Also we are running the First Steak-Stone grill on the western New York. 800-900 degrees heated hot stone seasoned with pure Himalayan salt which contains over 30 trace minerals known to enhance well being and alleviate ailments. steak-stone meals are oil free, natural, healthy and have lots of fun. each bit from start to finish will be hot juicy and delicious. Amazing Udon Soup and Sushi!

The Udon soup was the star of the show with perfect noodles, amazing broth, and fresh veggies was delicious! The sushi was so fresh and tasty, I ordered a second plate! I'm wanting to go back there the next day!

We ordered take out. The women order Pad Thai chicken. They liked the taste and could not finish. So lunch the next day. I tried to order Soba noodle steak stir fry but they no longer offer soba (a buckwheat noodle). So I ordered Udon noodle steak stir fry. The Udon preparation was not as good as the Soba that was my go to meal at this venue. I will be finding somewhere else to get my Soba taste.

Mistakes happen

Unprofessional, rude, and unwilling to take responsibility. First, we looked for their menu online, only to be get a notification that the website has expired and is likely an unsafe website. After battling with that for 15 minutes, we were able to finally enter the website (after jumping through many hoops). We clicked on “contact us” and called to place our order. After about 5 minutes, we said after all that just to order, I hope we ordered from the right location. The young lady answering the phone said “Steak, Stone and Sushi” but we didn’t recall a location being stated. So we called the Niagara Falls location where we hoped we ordered from, but as soon as they answered and included “ Niagara Falls” in her greeting, we were pretty sure we ordered from Lockport. She said they didn’t have our order but would call Lockport and get it. She called us back and said the owner said we could either go pick it up from Lockport or pay for it again and pick it up from the Falls. So we called the Lockport location to speak to a manager and their greeting was “steak, stone and sushi”. After telling the manager what had happened, she said we could talk to the owner. We were then disconnected. When we called back, guess what the greeting was? “Steak, Stone and sushi Lockport”. Only to be disconnected again, and then again. After the 4th attempt, we finally spoke to the owner who was less than willing to understand or meet us in the middle. We took responsibility for our mistake but he refused to acknowledge the reasons why our mistake happened. He was demeaning, unprofessional, and plain rude.

You let us down and need to do better!

You let us down, however the food was good. You lacked staff paying attention to the customers. No host or hostess at the front desk where over 30 were congregated before some left immediately and others after no one came for over 20 minutes to address those waiting. We had reservations. Little did they do as we waited in the congested reception area with no host or hostess for 45 min after our reservation time, even after arriving 10 min early. Service was slow because too few were overwhelmed. The food was good for these frequent customers, but we will not tolerate a repeat experience and remain a patron. Your choice - fix the service or lose us and more.

Horrible service

My husband and I went here for our first time to celebrate a special occasion. I told our waitress Tara it was our first time, she did not offer any menu suggestions, she was very rude. She spent most of her time behind the bar talking which resulted in us waiting 20min for her to take our order. We ended up trying the strips on the stone. We found it to be a little bland. The music was good. If you decide to dine here for the first time, make sure to let the host know you do not want Tara to be your server. I don't think we will ever return.

Racist!!

We sat for 15 minutes and weren't served. Everyone else after us (3) were served beverages and food. Looked around and I was the only Mexican. How can I not call it a racist act? We left and I am very angry that my children who are white had to witness and have a first-hand experience of racsicm!!

The waitress we had never addressed us for 15 min then stated she'll be back, didn't come back for another 8min The waitress we had never addressed her name when she finally arrived to the table. Never once did our waitress address us like she did the other tables seeing if we were OK, or if we needed anything. My younger child spilled soup I requested to have extra napkins to clean up the mess. When it was time to go we sat there for a long time then I stopped the waitress and requested for a manager. She said it to one of her fellow coworkers do you want to play manager then I requested her name she stated it's none of your business I was never supposed to be your waitress in the first place. When the manager arrived he acted like he didn't know who the waitress was then told me he was going to call the cops yes I did have my phone out to record after the waitress stated her last statement about not being my waitress in the first place. The manager claimed his name was Johnny claims that the waitress name was Heidi (that's what was on my receipt)was very rude and belligerent the police officers came I never got out my seat the police officers had to tell him to calm down and relax because he was being rude. He's on recording talking about he hates this S***+. And the bad thing is it's the Christmas time I normally give beyond. I already had plan on giving $20 for my tip in cash. I told them they have to have better customer service you NEVER KNOW who you are dealing with. I could be connected to some famous people and would recommend places to eat while visiting Niagara Falls NY. The bad part is my daughter and niece went there last night an gave great reviews. I know one place my family and friends won't go to is to 1340 Military Rd Steak Stone and Sushi.

Disgusting! We could not eat the food!

My daughters Hibachi. Chicken was like mush. It was unrecognizable as chicken. My scallops were so mushy & fishy tasting. WeWe paid the bill, walked out & we will NEVER be back. No one seemed to notice or care that we left our food either

Disgusting food and charged amount for tip I didn’t leave

Visited for my birthday and ordered hibachi the food was nothing like hibachi I had in past tasted prepackaged and not made to order ate and asked for check paid for food and the tip amount was extremely high and I didn’t leave a tip because the food and service was poor when I called about it the manager was rude and called me a liar

ABSOLUTE WORST takeout experience of all time

ABSOLUTE WORST takeout experience of all time. Let's start with the order, shall we? My girlfriend and I ordered 2 smoked salmon roll dishes, was only given 1 salmon roll - UNCOOKED (the website specifically says this roll has cooked fish.) We both ordered the same main course - pineapple chicken fried rice with cashews. Hers was normal (but didn't taste very good), mine however had absolutely no vegetables or cashews, and almost no chicken. So I call to straighten things out... no answer, even though their automated phone message tells me they're "open until 11PM today." We drive back to sort things out in person, and THEY'VE CLOSED EARLY. To top it off, we were CHARGED for food they never put in the bag. Unfortunately, based on recent reviews on the other site I posted a review on (Yelp), this place has gone downhill FAST since Coronavirus happened. Bottom line- for an order that cost almost $40, we could have gotten food triple the quality and triple the amount of food at the local Chinese takeout restaurant. Will be doing that next time!

Let us down this time - slow!

We waited 45 minutes from appetizer plates being removed from the table to our dinners being served. I even had to flag down a manager after 40 minutes, because our waitress was not coming to our table. Compound that by math errors on the bill and this time, the restaurant earned a poor scoring. My wife and I both had good food off the stones. My wife - scallops and shrimp and I - seafood platter.

Very Salty Food and Pricey

Steak was very, very salty. Miso soup was not to our liking.....I guess it requires time to taste a few different items to figure out what one would like or not like but at those prices it would be impossible to order if you are not sure and pay for something you might not like and have to leave it. Beautiful surroundings, nice wait staff...

Nice experience - love the hot stone meals

Excellent Monday evening experience. Not too busy in the restaurant. Pleasant atmosphere! Calamari cooked perfect with superb sauce. We both cooked seafood on hot stones and had to ask for additional melted butter as the amount provided with the meal was negligible. Also, suggest you do not pay the additional $2 for the side salad as it too was very very small. Service was outstanding. We will be back.
