Hi there, thank you for the feedback. We take a lot of pride in our food and service, so it is reassuring to know that it was worthy of a five-star review in your eyes! We hope we have the opportunity to serve you again...More
A small offshoot of a great pizza place. Walk in there and your nostrils are singed from something flopped and burning in the oven .... Ordered $50 of food last weekend, the wings were rock hard and dry. The salad was sopping wet and slimey....The pizza was oddly underdone, but the green peppers on top were limp green strings of mush. I sent two messages to the 'manager', if there is such a thing, and got no response. There are a thousand other restaurants that will get my money from now on. Twin Trees is an institution in Central NY but jeez Louise, avoid the disgusting satellite of it on Rt.57, Liverpool, NYMore
We're disappointed to receive this feedback, Sally, but appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts with us. We sincerely apologize that you were unhappy with the food you received, and assure you that these issues will be addressed on our end. We hope...More
Love this place! The garlic Parmesan boneless wings and garlic bread are wonderful. Salad bar comes with Italian wedding soup and white pizza plus all sorts of goodies for $8.99 Service is stellar and it is a family friendly place. Highly recommend. Take out is...superior too.More
We really appreciate the kind words! We're so glad you and your party enjoyed your visit and we hope this means we will be seeing you again soon!
Came here with a party of 13. Ordered pizzas and salad bar. Hair was in our Margarita pizza. Another hair was in my sister's calzone. Salad bar was dismal. Waitress was decent but it's a good thing that we were the only table in the...place, as she didn't seem too experienced. Dirty bathroom.More

It just didn’t measure up to Rt pizza at original spot on Avery cheap on topping. Rt is first stop coming back to syr to recapture childhood experience. Sometimes when places like this expand they cut back on originality
Stopped in tonight with our grandson. As always the pizza and salad bar were excellent and all the servers were great. The manager surprised our grandson with a giant icecream sundae to share. Thank you.
I ordered a margarita and it had come back quite strong so i simply asked them if I could get one less strong, so they take it back and I hear all the bartenders talking about me how I need to suck it up they...know how to make a drink then the blonde was talking to customers about me so I could obviously hear her over something that wasn’t a big deal but I’m being bullied for it will never be returning and maybe they should get some better people behind the bar not rude jerk offsMore
Pizza is still very bready. The place was doing a heck of a take-out business on a Friday night - so apparently bread is the new black.
Location is easy to get to in the Bayberry Plaza on Rte 57 in Liverpool. They have a great little bar area with seating at the bar and several booths in the front of the restaurant with multiple flat screens TVs to watch sporting events....The area in the back is spacious with small eating areas for privacy, but larger areas for birthday parties. The pizza is very good. Twin Trees has the best Pizza in CNY, and the restaurants are owned and managed by differ members of the family under the Twin Trees name. This one tends to use a lot of cheese and less sauce. The crust in crispy and less tangy than other locations, but it was very tasty nonetheless. We had chargrilled wings with a glass of wine with 2 pizzas and the total was $80 with tip. We ordered too much food and had plenty to take home. Service was outstanding.More
I can only attest to the pizza. While it's two closest neighbor competitors offer a satisfactory pie at a much more reasonable price Twin Tree pizzas stand alone. To start with the slices aren't even cut into triangles, but into strips about 2 inches wide. I...find the pies to have more cheese on them than you normally find. Reliably good pizza, somewhat special, for the more free spender.More
