If you are looking for the best homemade soups and chicken salad, this is the place to go. Wonderful made to order fresh food, friendly staff, extremely clean seating area and a good cause to boot. I love this place and I'm happy it's in my little town.

While working in Syracuse over the past 9 months, I have struggled to find any place that comes close to the farm-to-table quality and inimitable character portrayed by Cafe 407 in Liverpool. Not only do you experience a welcoming atmosphere, artistically embellished with inspirational trimmings, but you are comforted from all angles to learn to heal your mind to see... More

Go for excellent coffee, caring service, great bread, and healthy, but wonderfully flavored dishes in a relaxed, clean and spacious room. A real find in what is pretty much a wasteland of chain restaurants and over-hyped diners. It's for a good cause, but that includes you!

Had a goat cheese and beet paneni that was super. A bit pricy overall but great fresh ingredients. Friendly atmosphere.

Great salads, allergy-friendly baked goods, nice coffee, and cute ambiance. Plenty of seating and it's all for a great cause. Their food is farm-to-table and is delicious!

We are so glad we found Cafe at 407! It is very convenient to stop there as we drive across New York state on the Thruway. This is a very comfortable and clean cafe, and we like supporting such a worthy cause. I admire the Mother very much who started Ophelia's Place and the cafe. I am sure she has... More

Coffee and Sweets for breakfast was little pricey. It appears they need more help; the staff appeared overwhelmed with six people in line. Not the best experience I have had. I am not sure we will be back

This is a very cool cafe in Liverpool, NY. It's quite spacious and has a combination of small tables, window facing counter seating, couches and chairs. The food is excellent and what I would call "farm to table." Some yummy baked goods are available and there are gluten free options. If you are lucky you might be able to score... More
