The actors were great and made the guests feel welcome with their interactions. The food was exceptional. It was a lot of fun and I look forward to going again.

Thanks for the nice review! We've been having a great time with dinner theater events for over 20 years now and they keep selling out! We look forward to seeing you again or try out the dining room for a great dinner too!

This is not our first visit. We love the setting. While the entree includes a salad and a small amount of bread, there is not much else. My entree was delicious and did include some form of pasta. Nothing was offered with steak, prime rib,...More

My husband and I love Beardslee. We were married here in 2012 and come to dinner here about 2-4 times per year. The food is always fantastic but MAN the service was SLOW this evening. We arrived at 5:15 and didn’t receive our appetizers until...More

Delicious. Where else in NY can you eat at an actual castle? There are 3 dining experiences - formal, one the main level, casual in the underground bar / wine cellar, and the 2nd floor banquet area. All are a bit unique. The main level...More

We stopped here on our way home from an adventure weekend expecting the beautiful exterior we'd seen in photos online, a standard restaurant interior, and overpriced food. Our expectations were blown to bits. The outside of the castle does not disappoint. It is genuinely beautiful....More

There are two reasons I'm giving this place only one star. First, because there's not a "no stars" option. So if I have to give a reason for the one star is because the place is pretty. That's where the compliment ends. We made reservations...More

Had an excellent meal! Prime ribs was prepared superbly and the blackened green beans were delish. Locally sourced stuff. Recommended IPA was tasty. Light cheese cake for desert. Service was attentive and informed. Have eaten there for 25 years and the quality is consistently superior.

I went to this beautiful castle with family. The setting is absolutely beautiful and enchanting. The food is just okay. The house salad is nothing to write home about. I ordered the Texas shrimp and scallops. OMG!!! I was sick all night long!!! The shrimp...More

Went to Beardslee for FD and was so disappointed, mostly in the service. We opted to eat downstairs as my significant other wanted a light dinner and I wanted something more Beardslee. We noted there were several diners in the back dining room but we...More

Sorry to hear of your service issues. As you noted Haley was kept a bit busier than might be normal with 4 larger groups in the other dining area. And she should have delivered bread with your dinner. The wait for ketchup is a major...More

We wanted to go here for a long time and finally made a point of visiting. This place is beautiful; the grounds are well done. The interior is very authentic of the period. More importantly, the food and service is outstanding. It is worth the...More

Hi, Their menu changes weekly so you can only see a sample menu on their website. (Sorry, I can't include the link on Trip Advisor). If you wanted the actual menu for the week I suggest calling them. Enjoy your experience!

I would recommend a call for reservations, especially as you would not want to disappoint the intrepid travelers with you; and, yes, there is a simpler menu that a younger palate may like. We had a 90-year-old in our party... More

We had a Wedding package which included the meal, but their current summer menu prices for Entrees range $20 to $30 and appetizers range $7.50 to $12.
