Everything was great! I think we ordered every single appetizer and everything was incredible! The goat cheese with cherry sauce was awesome and so was the poached pear salad. The waitress was so friendly and it was just a great experience. I would highly recommend...it!More

This restaurant is by far the best in every way that we experienced during our week stay in Lake George. The chefs know how to pair various ingredients to create culinary masterpieces. Every bite was an explosion of flavors! Our only regret was that we...didn’t dine here earlier during our stay so that we could have eaten here more often and avoided the greasy, heavy tourist restaurants. This is a must when in Lake George, a real gem!More

We love going to Bistro LeRoux for years but this past Saturday, the meal was very bad. My Lobster Risotto was really bad and over priced. My daughter ordered garlic bread but it was a hamburger bun dripping with melted butter. Sorry, will never go...there again. Should have complained to the owner but wanted to leave asapMore

Everything we selected (two visits) was great, appetizers, soup, salads, and entrees, done with a creative flair. The chef and waitresses are friendly. Parking is easy. Our only wish is that they had some genuine French desserts rather than just American-style choices.

Don’t let the name fool you, this is not your typical stuffy French restaurant. Bob Marley playing in the background, Mexican inspired salads and sushi for appetizers. My wife is gluten-free and they had several options for her including french fries! The entrée was delicious...and even had two gluten-free desserts to choose from! I was expecting the wine list to be heavy with French wines but they only had one or two. The service was friendly and spot on! Thank youMore

We have been to Bistro LeRoux several times in the past and the food has always been excellent. We just spent a week in Lake George and we ordered curbside pick-up twice. Our first order included butternut squash and apple soup, mascarpone stuffed poached pear...salad, seared sea scallops and seared salmon, The food was that good, we ordered all of the above items again on our last night in Lake George. Both times, same delicious taste! Typically, we never go to the same restaurant twice in one week but we made an exception for Bistro LeRoux.More

Although the food was good and we enjoyed our meal unfortunately we felt rushed which was disappointing.

We’re not willing to eat indoors yet. Despite the chance of rain we sat outside on a lovely deck with flowers, a candle and an umbrella. We were the only ones outside, they never forgot us even in the rain. It was great. We had...French onion soup, Ahi tuna roll appetizers and short ribs and scallops for our main course. Both satisfying and delicious. We were able to order half portions of items, that was perfect so we were able to enjoy Carmel apple pie with vanilla ice cream. The restaurant is very well set up for social distancing and very clean, if you are want to sit indoors. The open kitchen is always a bonus to me to see what goes on behind the scenes.More

The food was pretty good but a little bit pricey. My husband had the pork dish and thought the portion of meat could have been bigger. His sides were decent sized. The house wine was moderately priced. My husband ordered the small pear salad and...it still cost $10 and there was literally only seven spinach leaves on the plate. Although he said it was very tasty. I had the French onion soup which was ok. I like when onion soup has a crusty piece of bread in the broth. This one had mushy bread and not enough cheese oozing over the side of the bowl. For my entree I had the vegetable risotto (half portion) which was enough for me. It was very tasty with lots of roasted fall veggies like butternut squash and beets. Pretty atmosphere. Dark lighting with pretty strung white lights throughout the restaurant.More

Average at best. Had the ribeye, not cheap. Nothing special about it at all, nothing that made me think it was worth the price. On top of mashed potatoes with some brown sauce. The service was fine. I think of this as an average restaurant,...nothing more. Certainly expected better after reading the reviews, big disappointment.More
