Class reunion luncheon

We had our class reunion lunch here last weekend. Food was good, servers were friendly. I did not care for the dessert that was part of our luncheon and this was noticed by my server. She offered to get me a different dessert! I am a tea drinker and for once did not feel wrong by asking for tea... read more

Don't let some of the reviews fool you. Try it for yourself and be the judge. We were not sure we would be able to get a reservation. There was a wedding at the mansion. Don't let that stop you. Not only did we get the time we wanted but the service (despite the wedding taking place in the other... More

We had already had lunch when we came up to the mansion but stopped for drinks. The person who waited on us seemed frazzled. Not sure why but it did appear that they were having a wedding later that day. We were the only people at the bar. Beautiful view and the mansion is looking good from what we saw.... More

Wonderful view from the deck of Keuka Lake. Food was good and staff was friendly. Split an appetizer and after our entrees no room for dessert.

We saw this building years ago when it was about to collapse. We dreamed of what we might do with it but we live in AZ and knew what it would cost to bring it back to it's glory. Thankfully someone has done a wonderful job of restoring it and created a restaurant and hotel to sustain it. We had... More

I came with a group of friends, and we were offered a very limited menu because we numbered more than 10. You'd think they'd roll out the red carpet if a largish group wants to come. There was not really a good choice for me, and I ended up enjoying the fries more than the entree. I see on the... More

The view was unbeatable -- stunning outdoor dining. Lots of wait staff, not too many lunch customers, yet the wait staff had a hard time keeping up. What was particularly annoying was that the wait staff went to many tables that came in AFTER us, we had to flag them down to take our orders, which is peculiar in a... More

We went to Esperanza last night to celebrate my husbands 60th birthday. We actually arrived very early (before dinner was being served) and were made to feel very welcome. Our server/bartender Eric went out of his way to make a special drink for me, even going to the kitchen to chop fresh cucumbers. The view from our table was spectacular... More

We were staying in the area and the Innkeepers recommended this restaurant as they had live music on Wednesday Evening (it was Summer and outdoors) with a Wine and Dine which was four local wines paired with nice Hors d'oeuvres. It is community seating so you will be placed with strangers to enjoy this time. We were seated with two... More

Four of us had lunch today at Esperanza Mansion, Keuka Park, NY. The view is beyond stunning as we ate outside on the patio. We were quickly seated and Eric, a professional, "old school" and very personable waiter, made excellent suggestions and let us taste local wines and beers. We shared an appetizer (a gruyère, bacon, spinach dip with fresh,... More
