Jedediah Hawkins, housed in the majestically restored 1863 home of Captain Jedediah Hawkins, is quickly becoming the crown jewel in the North Fork’s dining scene. Recognizing that the purity of flavor derives from the ripest, most seasonal ingredients, guests can expect an ever evolving menu that places its emphasis upon local and sustainably grown ingredients.

Must make a dinner reservation at this busy Jamesport restaurant. It is crowded because of it’s fine food and service. Everything our group ate was superb. Don’t mis s Jedediah Hawkins

The food was good. The clam chowder was excellent. The pasta appetizer could have been a meal alone. Nice wine menu.

While visiting friends out in Quogue, we had dinner at J.H. finding it to be a very pleasant meal. While the menu was limited, the salmon was done to perfection, and the duck was excellent. Services was good, not great.

Amazing food in a beautiful historic house. The service was great and our meals were delicious. They were very accommodating and relocated us from the pretty outdoor garden to the inside area when the bugs started attacking. Would definitely eat here again.
