Carriage house is a little overpriced cute restaurant. I'll definitely be back for Sconewich. If you want a little spicy dish, go for Pulled Pork.Food quality is very good. Ambiance is very good, Service is very fast but always crowded. waiting time 25-30 minutes if you are there on weekends.Getting parking space is bit difficult.

Carriage House is a charming, rustic cafe with field stone walls, hardwood beam floors and wrought iron tables. We visited around 2:30 pm so we missed having to wait in line with the typical lunch crowd. The cafe was only about 2/3 full of people and it was a bit noisy due to all the hard surfaces, so I can... This is a really cute restaurant, and we had a nice breakfast here. We both got breakfast sandwiches - the vegetarian one came with a tasty sundried tomato spread. They also have lots of good choices for coffee drinks. It's a very nice little spot. I thought it was a tad overpriced for what you get, but enjoyed it overall.... More

The food is good; the wait is not worth it. I think the reason it is always so busy is that it sits at the bottom of the hill from Cornell.

From the stone walls to the amazing decor, this place is fantastic!!! But lets not forget the food. The best turkey sandwich I have ever eaten. The wait staff was fantastic, I can't say enough. When in Ithaca this is a must stop.

My son enjoyed the chicken hash. My wife enjoyed the hamburger. I did not like the hamburger, I prefer a good traditional burger. The restaurant does not have sodas. The restaurant charges all tables a 18% service fee. Service was weak, did not Evan get water refills.

We took a recommendation from our hotel to try this restaurant for breakfast and were delighted! The food is fresh, very tasty and should satisfy all foodies. Service is lively and coffee is very nice. We had omelets and the salmon plate and would have both again.

Great little restaurant in town. We went for brunch, and I was delighted by the non-traditional options, which make this place all the better. Brunch is served on weekdays until 3 PM. I had the french toast, with the freshest maple syrup I've ever tasted and berry coulis drizzled on the bottom of the plate. Their servers were attentive and... More

A stone's throw from famed Cornell, this trendy coffee bar serves better than Starbucks brews, teas, fresh squeezed orange juice, breakfast sandwiches and French toast and assorted scones and muffins. Good professional service in a warm fuzzy place. Just the spot if you are visiting the campus and need a break.
