We met friends here for brunch on a summer Sunday. The menu looked inventive and delicious online, and we weren't disappointed. My husband and I shared the brie-stuffed French toast and the Vietnamese bahn mi sandwich, which was accompanied by a small perfectly dressed salad. Both were yummy and made with fresh, local ingredients. One friend had the sconewich, home... More

I had never eaten here before and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food and the professionalism of the servers. The menu is limited but we were able to find things we enjoyed and it seemed to have a number of choices for vegetarians. Parking is a problem. They have room for only three cars and it looks... This restaurant doesn't look like much from outside, although they had some nice pots of flowers, but once you go in it looks magical. And the coffee makes it smell magical! We went here for a late breakfast. Most foods are made in house from locally sources ingredients, according to the waiter. My table mate had the brie stuffed French... More

An adorably quaint old building close to campus. We were able to sit right down for Saturday brunch. The server was super friendly and helpful. I'd say the food was good but not earth shattering. My daughter had French toast and it was light and dry. I like my French toast rich moist and almost custard like. It felt like... More

This was one of the best meals we had for breakfast. At first look we were a little worried about such a non traditional menu but we were thrilled. Quaint and yummy. Be prepared to park and walk to restaurant -worth it.

Waiter was a bit clueless, I guess that's why they add an 18% service charge. Food is interesting, but just average. Don't understand the long wait when there are much better places to eat in Ithaca.

Food was good but a little pricey for what you get. Hard to find parking. Service is nice didn't have to ask for refills on any drinks.

Following a visit to Cornell, my husband and I decided to have breakfast at the Carriage House Cafe based on the reviews on Trip Advisor. Parking was challenging to say the least - be ready to search for street parking unless you are lucky to land one of 3 spots in their mini parking lot. The stone building and antique... More

I fell in love with the building immediately. Great setting! Five of us for brunch and the menu had something for everyone. Two lunches and three breakfasts. Fresh baked bread, wonderfully brewed coffee, and all ingredients tasted very fresh. I'll be back

There for brunch. Two of us got breakfast and two lunch. Very good food. Friendly. Room between tables so you have some room to move. Very old building with history type atmosphere. Stone walls are really cool. They do add an 18% tip on all checks and request that you do not tip other than that. Definitely recommend.
