LOVE IT HERE! I can't wait for winter to arrive to come back here! The service is great, the coffee is freshly brewed. Get the gravy sausage and biscuits you won't be disappointed! We always stop here before a day of riding there's even room for our riding gear. Also be sure to use their hot sauce... read more

They have a great variety of breakfast, amazing omelettes, especially if you are lucky enough to arrive when they have specials, like chilly cheese omelette. It's great because they have really good soups, the pancakes are a must, just like the Brody Burger, which is E P I C!

We are regulars at The Tamarack, and if you like friendly service, good breakfast and cozy decor (tables actually made from old canoes!) you might become a regular, too!

Good place for breakfast in Inlet, NY. I ate there two times on a recent visit and was happy with the food and service. Be sure to try their hot sauce as it added a kick to my eggs.

Very interesting choice of sandwiches and wraps, all very tasty. Only negative was the long wait to order and then to get our food, when it was not very busy. Worth the wait, though because the food is quite good.

We met friends for lunch at the Tamarack and were pleasantly surprised at the options on the menu. They had lots of sandwich options that were unique, wraps and the usual burgers, salads and melts. I had the turkey-pesto sandwich - lots of very tasty Boars Head turkey, lettuce and fresh tomato! My husband had the Cobb Sandwich - very... More
