Ordered food and a bottle of wine. After the waiter brought our food we were ignored the entire time. No refills ever! The place was not busy. It was just two other tables and the place is small so not hard to miss. Waiters get...annoyed if you ask for water, yes even after ordering thousand of pesos in food and drinks.More

The four of us-- two American visitors, two American residents of Querétaro--enjoyed an outstanding dinner at Fiume 37. The ambiance was pleasant, the service was excellent, the wine menu was outstanding, and the food was superb. The beef medaillons were astonishing, and the daily fish special...and mushroom risotto were, so my fellow diners reported, exemplarily tasty. For a superb dinner in a Querétaro restaurant specializing in Mediterranean and Italian food, I highly recommend Fiume 37. Reserve well ahead of time, as the restaurant is not capacious and fills up early.More

Nice small cozy restaurant, good wine selection, great food. Make reservations on weekends since it tends to get crowded specially for dinner. Not too expensive.

Everything was terrific. It has such a great atmosphere for either an intimate dinner for two or a group dinner. Loved it!

My wife and I visited this restaurant one evening after having breakfast in their other restaurant (Oliva) next door. The manager of Oliva gave us a tour of Fiume 37, and I was impressed enough to come back that evening. The atmosphere is great for...couples or a business dinner. The staff are very courteous and helpful. We had warm Brie (Brie caliente) for an appetizer and a salad with berries (ensalada roja). For entrees, my wife had the risotto con setas, and I had canelones de rabo. For dessert, I had the creme brulee, and my wife had flan de naranja. Everything was delicious. For a relaxing night out, I highly recommend Fiume 37. You won't be disappointed.More

First time at Fiume. Nice place, friendly team. Quiet dining room even it was rather full. We tested the duck confit and the Rigatoni. Well done !! Special mention for the wine : ZigZag was really nice. Will be happy to come back.

When looking for a great Italian restaurant, multiple people recommended Fiume 37. They were right - it's a great restaurant. To put it in perspective, we had dinner at Hacienda Laborcilla the night before we dined at Fiume 37. We found both the food and...service at Fiume 37 to be far superior to Hacienda Laborcilla. Excellent food, professional service, and a great atmosphere - this is the restaurant for a great meal in Queretaro.More

The pizza in this restaurant are the best one I have tried while I was in Querétaro (4 months). The desert were also incredible, the brownie was served still hot with the ice cream. The choices of wine is huge and they are really great....I definitely recommend this placeMore

We came here as another nearby restaurant was closed. We are *so* glad that we did. Every dish we had was totally awesome, full of flavour and fresh. They also have an excellent list of local wines. We had the Terca Merlot which was really...nice (berries!). I would recommend the tuna tartare and also the calamare for starters. Hearty salads too. The pasta dishes have wonderfully rich sauces.More
