Great prices, great food, lovely people! 10/10 will eat there again! A nice option for self catering travelers looking to eat well outside of a lodge or camp.

I highly recommend this restaurant and takeout, food was awesome and service was great. The owner serves a variety of foods including Zambian meals and takeout.

Dorica has a very nice restaurant and she serves delicious zambian food! We ate chicken, nsima, rape and pumpkinleaves. She also runs the cafe at Trible Textiles, where we had a very tasty lunch!

You will never forget the thrill of staying at Mfuwe Lodge in the South Luangwa National Park! It is worth the effort of travelling to Central Africa and experiencing beautiful Zambia.

This is a convenient and tasty lunch spot in Mfuwe, which apart from a few tourism lodges, does not offer many good value options for food. Dorphil serves tasty food, the only downside was that they usually only serve nshima or chips/fries with your meal,...not rice (which I would prefer!)More

Dorica of Dorphil will definitely satisy your palate if you are looking for authentic South Luangwa food.

Dorphil has a good mix of local and European food. We've tried the Nshima with chicken and with fish twice. On both occasions it was delicious. Dorphil has just moved a bit out of town on the road to the airport. The new location isn't...fully ready yet, but the food is! The service is very friendly: if they don't have the cold drink of your choice, they will get it from the nearby grocery store. A great place to visit!More

Great food for any occasion! Dorphil offers a variety of foods catering to all needs. The staff is extremely friendly and everything comes from the village and supports the community. Serving a mix of western and traditionally Zambian dishes it is a great place to...have a African experience in a safe, friendly environment. Enjoy your food! ;)More

I had lunch here with 2 colleagues. It was fab. The pizzas were freshly cooked and delicious. The chips were great too and the coleslaw just right. Proper ketchup too! The setting is just lovely and the service very friendly. Nothing was too much trouble....If you fancy a cider with your lunch, pick some up from Mayana supermarket on the main road just before the turning to Dorphila. Highly recommend.More
