Hoosick Falls, an original upstate mill town that's seen its troubles, is coming back...and this establishment is part of the reason. Vibe of Byte terrific. Owner a wonderfully friendly guy. Bottom line is amazing pizza. Worth going out of your way for.

My husband and I come here often, as we love the pizza, great craft beer and wine list, and enjoy the truly unique atmosphere, surrounded by art, softly glowing lights, and mismatched antique furnishings.

Delicious food, inviting atmosphere, friendly staff and I LOVE their GF pizza and hard ciders! The salads are also very good! The selection is unique and you can even pick up a few great Turkish products/gifts for cooking at home. Highly recommend a visit to...Byte your next trip to HF!More

I love my ‘hood but it isn’t a foodie paradise (this is one of those gross understatements). So when my BFF dragged me to Byte I was expecting to be underwhelmed. When I bit into the pizzas and got a hit of fragrant, citrusy Turkish...spice I was a goner. Byte’s wood-fired pizzas would be a draw at a high-priced restaurant in NYC - crisp-chewy flavorful crust and quality ingredients on a pizza tray. A good selection of wine and craft beer, super cool relaxed ambiance that is 1/2 bar 1/2 art gallery. All this in up-and-coming Hoosick Falls. At last.More

Beyond lucky to encounter such and an all imcohmpassing pleasurable dinner spot. Recently moved to the area and the only way to really experience the Berkshires and surrounding areas is to explore. Coming from a very, very deep seeded love for pizza...this was exactly what the...heart and soul needed. Upon arriving we were very openly greeted by the owner and his wife. Very, very welcoming. We arrived later in the evening after the dinner hour so seating was open. We ordered the salad special(local watermelon and Turkish feta...beyond delicious) and the house salad which was familiar yet not because of the owners little embellishments of Turkish heritage. We ordered two pizzas. One was heavily flavored with lightly roasted whole garlic cloves, kalamata olives and spinach...so flavorful!! The second pizza was a "pepperoni" pizza but again the Turkish influences came through like a punch in the jaw! Let me truly explain...imagine Mike Tyson was a pizza slice...need I say more? This was a classic pie but with the addition of Sujuk a Turkish pepperoni simply rough cut and spread over the pie and it was beyond the average pepperoni pie. The crust is absolutely perfect. Well seasoned with a nice chew and crunch. My friends and I shared a lovely bottle of white from their very well arranged wine selection and in all honestly it couldn't have been a more lovely meal. Do yourself a favor...visit Byte pizza and fall in love like I did..Its a short drive from North Adam, Williams, Troy, Schenectady.More

We visited this fairly new eclectic establishment 3 times so far and were impressed each time. Great pizza, choice of wine and beer and great service. Pizza comes out in a short time after ordering. We wish it was open every day of the week!

Sleepy Hoosick Falls has had a severe shortage of places to eat out. It's starting to wake up now that BYTE is in town. I'd been driving by BYTE not realizing it was a restaurant. My friend told me about it and I went to...check it out. It now is clearly marked as having pizza inside. This is a good thing since people will want to check it out. Artisan pizza and craft beer are a winning combination. The menu starters are a baked cheese dish and a green salad. I heard very good things about the baked cheese but I opted for the green salad. It a lot more than that. It has greens, goat cheese, walnuts, cranberries, apples with a vinaigrette dressing. So delicious! We split pizza number 5. It had Turkish ham. The crust was very good. I found the ham to be a bit salty. The pizza was very good. I enjoyed the crust. We finished up with balaclava from Brooklyn. The atmosphere is spacious with interesting art created by the owner. The owner is a lovely gentleman who made us feel very welcome. The atmosphere was pleasant. It had a nice vibe that makes Hoosick Falls feels like it's going somewhere great! I'll return again. Our total meal with tip cost $40.36 for 2 people.More
