It’s a must stop for us when we travel Thru Homer. Good food, friendly service and some of the best sangria around. Worth the stop.

This has been under new owners for the past year. The correct spelling and name of the restaurant is Hobo's 281 Bar & Grill. We went for Taco Tuesday that had $5 Margarita's. They were good. Our party of 4 ate Shrimp Mac & Cheese,...Ribs, Wings, and Cajun Shrimp Sandwich. Everyone really liked their food. Specifically, I had the Mac and Cheese which was amazing. This is a bar atmosphere. Our server was friendly and helpful. We have been here in the past, and we were not impressed at all. I would definitely return...the food is much better.More

This is a no-frills bar and grill and rarely disappoints. Their burgers are the best in the county, their wings are also top notch. For something different try the basket of fish, which is perch and is delicious. Service is always good, we love the...food, the atmosphere is friendly and laid back. My husband and I moved to the area almost two years ago, and we've yet to find a place with the best burger in town....until we finally stumbled into Hobeau's one night off the recommendation of a coworker! This is not fine dining, y'all, but...the food is dang good. The fries are hand cut and served in very generous portions. The burger tastes homemade and really is the best burger in the area. Beers are cheap, too, and the service has been great every time we've eaten there. Just remember to bring cash!More
