We rarely eat at the same place more than once while traveling, but we went back twice to Crazy Otto's. The staff was very friendly even when they were very busy. I recommend the stuffed french toast.

The classic diner set up with movie posters and license plates everywhere. Though we were there right at noon there was still plenty of room. Staff saw us coming and were pushing tables together before we got in the door. Oodles of food choices. Kids loved the homemade chips. Fast, polite service. Not too noisy. Gluten free options are really... More

Had a great meal here. Awesome server, huge veggie omelet and award winning burger. Did not have room for dessert or a milkshake but hopefully there will be a next time!

We were in town for business and I looked up where to eat. My husband had been here and the other people in our party said it was the best. Like stepping back in time. Greeted right away and were seated immediately. Great selection of food and breakfast is served all day. I had the Hawaiian burger with grilled pineapple... More

My wife and I were on our way back home from Syracuse and decided to stop here for lunch. It's a real old timed diner in terms of architecture but the food was great, portions were VERY big and prices were very reasonable. I had a really nice bacon cheeseburger with old fashioned crinkle cut fries and the wife has... More

We stopped at this diner to grab a bite to eat before heading out of town and we were very happy with the service and the food. It's a good place to go if you want good food for decent prices.

This place is in an old dining car with gleaming stainless steel. Very friendly staff and a nice menu; seems a little pricey for a diner. the food features diner classics. they have their own potato chips; a nice touch. Our meal came quickl and the burgers were perfectly cooked with medium pink all the way through. Note their is... More

This place is awesome. We stopped there on our way through NY and we were not disappointed. I had the raisin cinnamon french toast and hubby had eggs and corned beef hash. DELICIOUS! They make their own corned beef, I had to steal some from my husband and it was soooo good. Definitely worth the stop, we will be stopping... More

We went here for breakfast. The food was great. The portions are BIG. The pancakes on the kids menu were gigantic...the size of the plate. The breakfast burrito weighes well over a pound. The service was incredible...Betsy was kind, sweet, attentive and had a great sense of humor.

Thank Kerry T
