Had lunch at Red Newt and the food was great. Got seated by the pellet burning stove which was nice since it was cold and windy that day.

The wines were good. Our pourer was interesting character - He was informative but a bit arrogant. I had read about then owners in Summer Glass and felt the loss when the owner wife died. We heard good things about the food but it didn't seem like much of cafe but more of wine tasting room. We did enjoyed the... More

Three of us stopped there for lunch. Staff very welcoming and food was awesome. All fresh and local. Nice bistro with nice view. We didn't stay for tasting but did enjoy a glass of their wines with our lunch. Would recommend

Told to wait as had they had booking for 14, fair enough, but then they let other group of 3 people who came in after us proceed to do tasting SO we left Pity we were buying boxes in each winery - poor service and rude

Nice winery. Not so much a party scene they are really serious about there wine. But the wine is good and they have a little cafe.

I stopped with a group of 9 for a wine tasting and lunch. Our wine guide Samantha was knowledgeable about the wines and very friendly. The lunch was absolutely delicious, don't miss out on the tomato soup.

Chose this winery primarily because we needed a place to meet friends for lunch. Not overly impressed by wines, but the small cafe menu that they offered was pretty good. You have to order food from a fairly limited menu at a counter and then take a number to your table where they bring your food. Gives the place a... More

We waited more than 5 minutes to be acknowledged by staff and then they only handed us a wine menu and we waited several more minutes before we left. They were busy and others were still waiting to get their next tasting for the entire time we were there.
