A friend and I took our sons to the Baseball Hall of Fame. We saw how cute the outside of Redneck BBQ was and just had to stop. The wooden stools and tables outside are gorgeous. Decor inside is what you would expect in a Bbq place. Service was quick. Food was good. We would revisit if we go to... More

I love good BBQ, and my neck has been red since birth. no self respecting redneck would serve their food. I had the sampler and everything was dry, barely warm to the touch, and had all the flavor of a brick. The staff seems to find your being there terribly inconvenient, and god forbid you have any questions. If you... More

We stopped at Redneck BBQ on a whim. It's a very casual restaurant with fast service. Nothing fancy. But the barbecue is delicious! I had the pulled pork sandwich that was one of the best I've ever had. My boyfriend had the chicken which was moist and flavorful. The had a decent beer selection also. The coleslaw was a bit... There's nothing fancy about this restaurant, which makes it comfortable and casual. The food was plenty and the BBQ was absolutely awesome. As we came in from the parking lot, we saw an employee chopping the wood for the smoker.

Hey, we stopped here because it was late and it was close by the hotel. The hostess was about as rude as they come but the waitress made up for it. She was pleasant and seemed to care about her customers. Pulled pork sandwich was actually excellent. The atmosphere fits the restaurant's name-but it was perfect for what we were... More

Looking for lunch just before we got to the Baseball Hall of Fame. Glad we stopped. The BBQ was wonderful so I asked if they sold their sauce or rubs - they don't. One person ordered their burger rare - it actually came that way! It was juicy too - to the extent a rare burger can be! Pulled pork... More

Redneck BBQ advertises in Cooperstown Dreams Park family guides as "great for large groups" THIS IS A BLATENT LIE". Our group was told, "We DO NOT do that, you WILL sit by family" We asked if sitting outside would help we were told, "NO" even though no one was there. Refusing to split checks, accomodate food requests or answer simple... More

Love BBQ so I stopped here with my wife. We had the BBQ sampler. First bite was the ribs. They had a good flavor but they were too tough. Maybe that's people like them there but not me. Next was the pulled pork, half a chicken, and one piece sausage. All of these were good. Not a bad place to go,... More

Visiting the All Star Baseball Village, brought us to this restaurant. Atmosphere is cool and rustic and the beer is cold. Visited with friends and we liked everything we had. It gets very busy during baseball tournament time and is a little bit noisy, but we would definitely recommend a visit here. Service was good too.

We happen to be in Cooperstown for a baseball tournament and saw this place Redneck BBQ. We stopped in for lunch it was a little quiet not very busy. We ordered the pulled pork with fire slaw. The fire slaw isn't fiery at all. There are no sauces on the table. The sandwich was average. Decent flavor but there was... More
