The food is okay but far from authentic Peruvian. The waitress/manager is arrogant and unpleasant. I am a native Spanish speaker and have noticed that she doesn’t like to speak Spanish to customers. She was very rude when I tried to speak to her in...Spanish. We decided to order appetizers only and have dinner in another restaurant.More

Celebrated my friends birthday and first time for all of us (7 of us) at Quenas. We sat outside and had an amazing time! The food, drinks and the service was outstanding! Amy and Shirley were great, so professional and friendly. We all agreed that...we would love to go back probably in the summer. I would suggest for anyone to give it a try you will love it.More

My wife and I love this place. It's a cute spot with both indoor and outdoor seating. The inside is very nicely decorated and has a nice ambiance. And while the outside area is nothing special, just a backyard surrounded by two apartment buildings, they...make the most of it with a cute bar and some nice decorations. The service is always top notch, with the sweetest and friendliest staff around, nothing but the highest praise for them. The sangria is very good, there are a few great appetizer options, and plenty of great main dishes. The classic aji chicken is amazing. There's a good shrimp dish with a spicy brown sauce. Plenty of good desserts, my favorite is the purple cake. I love seeing this place crowded, because I want it to thrive and be around for a long time. With all the constant turnover of restaurants, this is one of the few true staples of Halstead Ave in Harrison.More

We have been eating here for years - it has the best Peruvian food in Westchester. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, the food is spectacular and easy on your wallet. Highly recommended!

Excellent food and very friendly service at this neighborhood gem. The restaurant is small, so I recommend a reservation. You’ll be treated like family.

Tasty Peruvian cuisine in a small restaurant. We like to go in summer and sit out in the charming garden. Small portions.

This was our first Peruvian cuisine experience. Very simple but pretty place, quiet, great friendly and accommodating staff. Food was different but delicious, I had a Seafood soup for the main course, my wife has a Mixed Seafood entre. We will be back!

Small place, but not sitting right on top of each other. The food was excellently prepared and the service was Fantastic. The menu was on the pricier range for Peruvian cuisine locally, but I was impressed by the big flavors and presentation. Well worth it....The restaurant has a nice wines and beer selection as well. Disappointed it took a while for me to find them. I will return!More

Had dinner with another couple on a recent Saturday night - our first time here though they had been before. Small place in Harrison with authentic decor and reservation signs at every table. We started with their Sangria - not too sweet and oh so...delicious. Appetizers were terrific, the flavor combinations though unique to our tastes, worked beautifully together. I enjoyed a delicious Chicken dish with a very slight kick and my husband had the Peruvian Paella. We both proclaimed our meals amazing. Not a big dessert eater, I agreed to have a taste of a plate of Churros ordered for the table. Outstanding - crispy on the outside and filled with delicious Dulce de Leche in the middle. We will return!More

Very cozy spot with great service. Very interesting Peruvian food. Try an assortment of the appetizers. All the main dishes we tried we good. The sauces were especially interesting. Also very good sangria. Not very expensive. I’d go back.

We had a fantastic late lunch here. We were the only people on their spacious patio, ambience was great! Kids wandered around and were made welcome. They even let us bring our friendly dog. Food was VERY tasty, we had empanadas, the fried rice dish...with chicken, and the fried plantains. Lovely! Wish we had one closer!!More

Angie (a superstar) served us for this amazing multi-course meal. The Anticuchos, papa rellena, lomo saltado, chaufa, picarones, churros, and more were all INCREDIBLE. The environment is charming and the experience is certainly one we plan on repeating.

We have eaten here for a number of years - the food is excellent, the service is superb, and the atmosphere is terrific! I couldn't recommend it any higher - it is one of our favorite places to eat. Be warned though - it t...is on the smaller side so call ahead for a reservation or you may be disappointed!More
