The finest Persian delicacies and American fare put out with top shelf service. Citrus and mild spice flavors abound in their Persian Crispy Rice appetizers. Fresh baked Pita and Hoummus is great too. We had the best Chicken Francese and Sea Bass entrees ever at Chatanooga. The Dining Room is a little dated but everything is in order and very... More

We asked our waiter to bring a variety of appetizers and we never got to the entrees because we had such a large and tasty set of appetizers. Staff was attentive but not bothersome.

I have been visiting Great Neck quite a bit for business lately and decided to try to something different so went to Chatanooga. I had the Persian soup and an eggplant and beef stew that was served with an enormous plate of basmati rice. The portions were huge and the service was good. However, the food was very bland which... It's was pouring with rain and we were ferried around in golf carts. It's quite a large complex. We were in hotel 1 and our room smelt damp with a noisy air conditioning. My daughter likened it to something from the shining! The main lobby was decorated beautifully with Christmas decorations and the railway heritage was so interesting and atmospheric.... More

I wanted Persian food so bad, mainly Basmati rice. One of our fav's were closed. So we found this place. It was half an hour before closing (we got a little lost). But they were open. The server seated us, he was so attentive. Not sure if its because we were the only two patrons. Lol. We wasted no time... More

Very good Persian food, all the times that I've been, except my most recent (which is why I knocked it down to four stars)... I've found the food to be rather salty especially the split chickpeas dish surrounded with the red sauce/broth. I've noticed that when food is very salty I have a higher risk for food poisoning... not good!... More

Friendly, attentive service, attractive ambience, well-prepared authentic Persian and Continental dishes and ample portions are all hallmarks of this long standing Great Neck neighborhood restaurant. Recommended dishes include Moroccan cigars, baba ganoush, salad Olivier, salmon kebab, barg, chicken Marsala and fessenjoon. Come with family or friends for a relaxing and enjoyable meal.

Great Neck is home to a large community of Persians. There are several Persian restaurants and this one is a favorite. They serve sandwiches to go for lunch and also offer a delicious Persian soup called Asch. Make sure to try the soup if you come here. The decor is very dated and the service average but the food makes... More

We ordered food to take out to our hotel to eat for the Sabbath. We asked to owner for his recommendation of which dishes would taste best if they could not be reheated. His suggestions were spot on. The food was flavorful and not overly spicy. The quantities were so large that we had to give away left overs. We... More

The place is decorated OK, and is located right off a main strip in Great Neck. The food was bland and very reminiscent of a Greek diner. Was at a catered affair which was run nicely but there really wasn't much to eat that wasn't some weird exotic stuff. The waitress that worked the party was excellent. The bartender a... More
