We went there for Peking duck. One of the best duck I have ever had. It was crispy and not greasy. Cooked to perfection. Served with thin pancakes, scallions and cucumbers and plum sauce. The soup and sushi was of good quality. The ambiance was quite nice. You'll enjoy this dining experience.

The only reason this place is even getting 1 star is because I can't give it no stars. The service is what made my experience here truly horrendous. When we walked in, we were asked if we had a reservation (the restaurant was half empty) and were seated right away but it took about 20 minutes for someone to come... More

We went there dinner for the first time. We waited an hour for the duck after seated which is ok. After serving the duck, we waited another 30 minutes for rest order to come because the waiter forgot our rest of order. The food is turned out to be very salty. The fat duck skin costs more than $50, although... More

Elaine's boasts a new owner and a new menu , and the food was excellent. There are many choices, from familiar American style Chinese dishes and a huge selection of authentic Shanghai style cuisine which impressed my better half who is from Shanghai. The Peking duck was excellent, although a bit on the pricey side. You should reserve and order... More

Ate at Elaine's over a work meeting and was pleased by the variety and taste. We ate A LOT of sushi and it was all delicious. Service was good, too.

The food is normally pretty good here, and the service can be spotty. For example, we went for lunch at 11:45, and were turned away because, "we are not ready to open yet." Really? The sign on your door says you open at 11:30. The sashimi is fresh and delicious.

Came here using a groupon. Building is quaint and set back from the street. Parking lot is a half block away. It doesn't say it in the title but this is a Chinese restaurant. Nice selection of items and the prices are in the mid-teens for Entrees. They also have pre-fix but Groupon is not good for this. We ordered... More

Very nice space. Attractive bar ares with lounge chairs and couch. Service was attentive and the food was prepared very well. I would definitely go again. We did not order the Peking duck but another party did and it looked great! Will order that next time.

Basic points here but I will elaborate below: Nice for a date with someone new. Great looking and intriguing design to interior. High quality chopsticks and serve ware. Not the best food though and kind of over priced. I'd avoid taking family for a great meal. (I have other area reviews that might help point you to things for that... More

The drinks are good but very pricey, and for some reason Happy Hour prices are not available in the restaurant, only at the bar. The sushi was average, but was tasty. I was surprised that the chicken satay was breaded since it didn't say that on the menu. It was kind of gummy. I would eat here again, but I... More
