We visited on a Sunday afternoon. We seated ourselves but had to find a server to get menus. Took a long time for her to take drink order (no alcohol) and then again our food order. We ordered appetizers which never came, I had to...remind her of the order. They were out of one of the two items (apps) we wanted. I wish I had canceled both apps ultimately - the one available app came after the four of us were done with our meals! We took it to go as no one wanted it by then. Additionally, the server didn't offer a container for the sauce nor offer compensation for the horrid service. The meals were ok, nothing special. This was our first visit to see our daughter at college and should have been a great meal out - unfortunately, we were all disappointed and will certainly not visit again. We ordered: Mozzarella sticks (they were out), garlic bread (chunky, soft, too much cheese), Patty melt (barely an onion on it), chicken parm (watery pasta), boneless wings (which were actually fingers), portobello mushroom burger (good, fries were overcooked). We were in a room with two steps down - server stood on top step to talk with us. Never came to our table except to deliver drinks and check. (Someone else served meal)More

We stop here on a whim and were very pleased. Had the lunch soup and salad bar. Great salad with tons of things on it. They even had meatloaf and mashed potatoes the day we stopped in.

Offer a wide variety of food and prices. I LOVE their lobster Mac n cheese. The atmosphere was great and the staff were friendly and helpful.

My husband and I visited on a slow Saturday night. Despite few diners, service was spotty. I ordered their “famous” spaghetti and meatballs. What came was a bowl of noodles sitting in about two cups of pinkish water and mushy flavorless meatballs. My husband was...almost done with his dinner by the time our waitress bothered to check on us. I pointed out my noodles in water. She acted confused and said “that never happens!” Seriously? You SERVED it. The chef needs to use a colander and waitresses need to take a look at what they’re bringing to tables. She forgot Parmesan and pepper flakes. No bread served with two Italian meals. Salad bar was basic and boring with tired vegetables and few toppings. We won’t be back.More

Stopped in for dinner. Had the shrimp special on angel hair pasta. Very very good, alot of flavor. I was lucky enough to get in during happy hour and saved a little on the beer.

Really not my favorite restaurant. It felt a little tired and there were not that many tables. The staff were friendly and the food was good albeit not the best meals we have ever had. Seemed clean.
