We have always loved Pita Park but it must have changed owners. I was just there for dinner one poor girl was the hostess, bar tender, waitress and bus boy. She tried hard but there was no way she could have taken care of everyone....The food here used to be outstanding but this week it was just so so. It wasn't terrible but it was no where near as good as it was in the past.More

The bread and garlic aioli dip on the table were delicious. We got three souvlaki platters: shrimp, lamb and skirt steak. All had a nice charred flavor but I found the lamb very chewy. The lemon potatoes that accompanied them I found were a little...too lemony so after a few I couldn’t eat any more. The lemon chicken cup of soup was a good size and the chicken was white meat but needed salt an easy fix. All reasonably priced. We didn’t get dessert but looked at them on the menu and they had many good choices. Only open for dinner 4pm-10 tues-sat and 4-9 on Sunday. Two hour free parking in the rear. Medium sized lot for this and a few other restaurants. They have an entrance from the lot as well as the front entrance. It is a cute restaurant with a bar in the front and booths as well as tables. Next time spinach pie and dessert.More

This was my second try. I likeGreek food but a lot of places are diner like. This one better in appearance but wait staff is rough and food fair at high prices. Ordered a $28 bronzino not good at all. Full of bones and not...clean smelling. The gyro at $15 is same as $7 places. Totally nothing special. Won’t try again.More

Do not go there. If you do eat there do not get the young waitress with glasses. She literally ignores you and doesn’t bring you your food. This is the fourth time we have had her and she always delays serving us. We just had...to leave after waiting 45 minutes for our dinner. Not a pleasant experience.More

Been here a few times and never been disappointed. Food is always fresh and very tasty. I always like the lamb dishes. Always done to perfection. And don't overlook the Greek salad. The dressing they use has a great taste. Service is very good and...friendly. I will keep coming back here.More

I am a huge fan of this place. It’s conveniently located and serves amazing Greek food. I’ve dined in and ordered to go and have not been disappointed. I also really like the fact they serve lamb souvlaki...this is rare among many local Greek places....I would give five stars but decided on 4 because it is just a bit pricey.More

I had the opportunity to dine alone here, and I was very happy with the food, service and price. I listened to the evening specials and ordered from those; both very good. One was a warm feta cheese with caramelized peaches walnuts and honey. The...second was a delicious, earthy mushroom with a cream sauce. Along with a nice glass of red wine, I was full and satisfied. The waitstaff did a very nice job and wasn’t too invasive like they sometimes can be. Very reasonable prices and a pleasant dining atmosphere.More

Nice little local restaurant serving Greek food, they just don’t quite hit the mark... If you stick to very basic choices like souvlaki, spanakopita, or avgolemono, you’ll be ok. But if you want real Greek specialties, you’ll still have to go to Astoria...
