After my vaccination, my first post pandemic sit down meal was shared with my cousins here at the Bull and Bear. It was fantastic! The staff was welcoming, the drinks were great, and the food was even better. I am not a Syracuse local but...visit often and have been to other restaurants. This one will definitely be on the repeat list.More

We ordered the fish fries and the cost went up to $18.50, plus we paid with credit card so there was a 3.25% fee added to our bill, since we did not pay cash. We have been in Las Vegas for 6 months so we...didn't know about the changes. I would not mind paying $18.50 for the fish fry,but it was a skinny piece of haddock, not the usual fall off of your plate fish fry we use to get there. The fish fry was way overpriced. We will not go back. We are all affected by the coronavirus and the patron keeps paying more out of their pocket. It is not my fault they have a shortage of waitresses, plus how petty to charge 3.25% for using a credit card. You may price yourself right out of business, So disappointed.I wish I would have taken a photo of the fish fries.More

Stopped twice for lunch- the pretzel appetizer is great. Service is very good. The turkey reuben sandwich was delicious.

Nice neighborhood place that we are grateful to have. Food is good and the atmosphere is family friendly and comfortable. It would be awesome (and tbh quite easy) to have a gluten free bun option, so that I could enjoy a burger WITH a bun....Just keep some in the freezer. Also tacos could be served with a corn tortilla option. Please consider!More

First time here since it changed over from Hullars. Great changes in decor and the menu was extensive Pub food. All very good tasting and hot when served. Definitely go back again.

Well this is the second visit, we have gone to both locations and the quality is the same- poor. This evening it was the Fayetteville location, the staff is friendly and the restaurant clean. But I go to a restaurant for the food, this food...is close to being the definition of sustenance, but without flavor. This is a road house/ western style bar restaurant, but what they are doing in the kitchen is flavorless. Five people, five burgers, all without the usual burger satisfaction. The drinks were good, the service fine, but we can not recommend this location or their other site if you are looking for a good meal.More

This is a great place for better than usual bar food, good beer selection and reasonable prices. Not really a dinner place, great atmosphere, like a classier sports bar feel.

2 burgers, 2 beers $52.56. This place is crazy loud, you can't even hear your guest talk and the food is crazy over priced. Burger platters are $18- 20.00 Burger platter came with 6 French fries, bad coleslaw and Ok cornbread and an OK small...salad. NEVER AGAIN! Check out the Dinosaurs prices, full platters are $11.50 and the food is so much better People won't come back to over priced placesMore

This place replaces the long-established “Hullar’s” which closed months ago. This place is much brighter, wide-open floor plan, with lots of TVs if you’re a sports fan. Gone is the musty old carpet smell, replaced with clean flooring and nice aroma from the kitchen. Food...is reasonably priced and tasty. Beer and drink selection also better than average.More

Pretty okay food! Every wall is covered in huge television screens. Next time we'll try the Craftsman.
