I had breaded chicken breast but sent it back because it was STILL FROZEN in the middle. All they do is pre cook and then freeze the food and reheat it when you order it. That place has gone straight down hill. It used to...be out favorite place to eat.More

We were moving our nephew into Binghamton for college and we wanted to take him out to a special dinner. This restaurant was delicious! Beautiful ambience, nice, large portions and great prices! The servers are so friendly and the menu has so many options! Loved...it!More

Tony’s has maintained their great food since switching owners but their customer service needs to improve. The waiters are well trained. I stopped in tonight for takeout and the girl behind the hostess station and the takeout person were stressed, short with me and didn’t...even say thank you. Said hi to the owner and he too was preoccupied. I miss the days when Tony or Gina would walk around making everyone feel welcome!More

A nice place to eat. Plenty of parking. The menu has many items to choose from. Prices are alittle high.

We were car shopping in Endicott and this place was suggested to us by a local dealer, well he should be a salesman for Tony's. One of the best meals I have had (pollo antiiono) came with fresh green beans and mashed potatoes. Wife had the...pasta norma another good dish. Salad was fresh with excellent dressing, bread warm and crusty. Waitress was perfect. Very reasonably priced. Next time we are in the area this will be a stop we make.More

Let me start by saying Tony’s Pizza has always been good. The rest of their menu is kind of lackluster. The restaurant has changed hands again recently and I asked the wonderful waitress if any changes have been made to the menu (with hope in...my heart). She said that nothing has changed. :-( She was right though. The fried calamari had a strange texture and the sauce on my pasta was kind of bland and watery. My father got the prime rib, which was very fatty and grizzly. (I reminded him that Donoli’s is the area restaurant that specializes in that.) Overall, the restaurant itself has a nice atmosphere and a decent bar, but there are better places around for better Italian food.More

Excellent antipasto and rigatoni. Although not too busy in mid-afternoon, lunch was excellent and great service.

I often eat at Tony’s Italian Grill and have a great meal and experience. However, if you want to order take out, as I often do, they REFUSE to include a side salad with your meal, even though the price will be the same. When...I inquired and suggested that the salad should be included or the price reduced accordingly, I was met with complete resistance and absolutely no coherent explanation. I have insisted on the salad several times with my take out and was given complete grief about it every time. Finally, they relented but only after raising my blood pressure and leaving me with a totally horrible feeling when I left. What is the problem here? If I sit down, I get a salad. If I want to take out, no salad. How cheap and unaccommodating can they possibly be? What TERRIBLE customer service! The staff behind the counter treated me as if I was a bum asking for a free meal when I was only asking for WHAT I PAID FOR. The first time I encountered this ridiculous “rule” I had stopped in to order the take out rather than calling it in. When they told me “no salad” I said I would eat at the restaurant instead of doing take out. When they brought the salad and the food, I told them to box it up for take out. I got the salad but only after having to play an insane game. I am disgusted with this place.More

I went to Tony's Restaurant for dinner with my wife my mother-in-law and her companion. They had the spaghetti and mushroom sauce which they loved. I had the veal parmesan which was perfectly cooked with excellent flavor. The service was on point. The highlight of...the evening was the totally authentic cannoli I had at the end of the evening to cap it all off it brought me back to Flatbush Avenue in Brooklyn.More

I enjoy the food at Tony's but the service is lacking. This is my 3rd experience at Tony's where I've left with a bad taste in my mouth due to service. Each time, our waitress seemed to have some type of attitude. 3 different waitresses,...3 different visits. Our last visit we had a waitress named Kim who was unfriendly and I'm not sure she genuinely smiled once. Her approach was very formal, somewhat curt and at no point seemed all that interested in our table. At one point, she brought out a appetizer for someone in our party and also the plates of oil for the bread and said 'Enjoy' to the table as she walked away. There was oil for the bread, but no bread. We flagged her down as she walked by to ask about the bread and she explained we had to wait until the salads came out, because that's when the bread comes out. Why not just bring it out with the oil? Or, since we questioned it, why not bring it out early? I'm disappointed in how stuffy and formal the servers seem here these days. Compared to other local restaurants, it's just not a fun dining experience anymore.More

We arrived, from West Virginia, on the Saturday night before Mother’s Day. The parking lot was absolutely packed. We were sure that we would not be able to get a table without a reservation. Much to our delight we were seated right away. Our server...was quickly attentive even with the demands of the full house. After a few minutes we did request to change our seats. That was graciously accommodated and our server found us without missing a beat. Our entrees came quickly and were piping hot. Again, quite impressive given the number of diners. We finished our meal with a lovely cappuccino- one of 8 that the barista was tasked with making all at the same time! We left with very happy very full bellies, and pizza to take back to West Virginia!More
