Excellent food and service

During the summer season, The Palm is so crowded with people we don't go. Off season, it is hit or miss service wise on holidays. We went recently with friends and had a very good experience. The waitstaff was polished and friendly. We all had steaks (I had the filet mignon which was excellent... read more

As part of a group celebrating a birthday, we were seated at a table that had been set up for us on the front porch. My wife and I were early to arrive and asked the maître d' where our table was located. He basically ignored us as he walked away to show another person to the table. We found... More

We eat at the Palm at least once a month, all year round, but last night was disappointing. The GIGI Salad was the highlight of the meal, but the salmon and the crab cakes were both disappointing. The Salmon was overlooked and tasteless, and the crab cakes were totally just a lump,of crab meat. The chef could do better with... More

We enjoyed Prime Time in the bar, this is a great place for a casual cocktail and half price bar snacks between 5pm-7pm Sunday to Friday, they do great steak sliders and also delicious lobster sliders. If you want a relaxed drink and nibble then don't miss out.

•get there about 30 minutes before you usually have dinner •order quick because the waiter gets crammed with orders quick •try to stay away from the New York strip, it had a lot of fat •in a good location not that far from some bars or after dinner activities

I have always enjoyed going to the Palm and Palm too in Manhattan, and were very pleased to find out that they have a restaurant at the Hamptons. Service was fantastic and the food..... Oh my God. Simply wonderful. I strongly recommend it. The lobster was something. I miss it already.

We come to ThePalm restaurant in the Hunting Inn a few times a year. We have always had great steaks and fantastic lobsters. The atmosphere is chic casual and it is always crowded. Your best bet for a table is after Labor Day and during the week. My husband loves a four pound lobster and their wonderful crispy onion straws.... More

We ate at The Palm on a Saturday night for a birthday celebration. It was our first time there, and it was just what you'd expect from a high-end steakhouse. The place is lively. The food is quite good and the portions are large, so order with this in mind. Many people leave with doggy bags or even shopping bags of... More

We waited 30 minutes for our table on a weeknight. We six were finally seated in a booth that would have comfortably seated 4 of us. The restaurant is very noisy with a very low ceiling. The food is as you would expect from the Palm -- good meat and sides, good salads -- never disappoints.
