Loved the bar! We received a Generous sized drink for the money and the staff was friendly and very professional. The bar itself was intimate and very cozy. We ordered Lobster and it was amazing. We will return again.

The Palm Restaurant is one of those iconic restaurants that I would absolutely recommend to anyone going to East Hampton. Just off the main intersection in town with valet parking and absolutely amazing food. From the lobster to the steak and all the sides like cream spinach, corn, onions/fries, and their Gigi salad with green beans, onions, tomato, and shrimp,... More

I really wanted to like this place , but unfortunately after my second visit things got a little sloppy. First of all the layout is unusual and outdated. This was followed by the horrible and unprofessional service. The server dropped half my martini on my pants. He was very apologetic and I didn't make a big deal about it, although... More

We couldn't make a reservation for only 2 people, so went early and had a drink at the bar. At 48 I think I was the youngest person at the entire restaurant besides the staff. Anyway, I've always been a fan of The Palm and have gone to others in other cities. It was my birthday, so my boyfriend told... More

I ate at the Palm too many years ago in their first restaurant on Second Avenue in Manhattan. Very little has changed, and very little needed to change. Great steaks and lobsters, but also great Chicken Parmigiana. Unlike the original years ago, the waiters don't treat you meanly; they treat you like an honored guest. Expensive, but worth it if... The food here is consistent and delicious. Have been here for two birthdays, and it is a great spot for special occasions.

Food was nice, service was nice, portions r quite large, pricing was pretty in line for steak houses. Just feels dated and in need of a new approach. The wedge was good but a bit "heavy", the chicken parm likewise, even the sides (asparagus and half & half) were pleasant but often heavy. Nice location, but seems like it's stuck... More

What can I say, an old and beloved institution. The problem is that they have sat too long on their laurels and with that laziness, lack of attention to detail and totally inconsistent in food and service, living in the past doesn't do it. It always will be a place to go, as having drinks at the bar is always... More

We regularly enjoy The Palm and ate there just last night. Both the room and the bar have a great feeling. The food and wine is also excellent. We always have the Gigi Salad to start, which is excellent. The steaks and the onion straws are also excellent (though I can never eat too many of the onions as they're... More

Love love love this restaurant! The staff always seems to take great care of us, even when tables are booked up... Fun, lively scene and excellent lobster rolls. My husband gets steak every time. The martini's are to die for!
