Glad we gave the restaurant another try. I was told that it serves the best roasted chicken and that is true. Moist and tasty. Only complaint was that they started clearing dishes while others were still eating. Can get noisy so try and get a...More

Sometimes you go to a place that is just plain expensive. This time we went to this place and it was expensive (crab cakes >$40.00) but........... so worth it. Everything we ordered was delicious. The crab cakes were great. Hardly any filler and pan-seared to...More

The East Hampton Grill is a very elegant bar & grill! The service is especially good and the food & cocktails are as well. Even though it was crowded, the noise level was acceptable. Our server was great spending time to explain things on the...More

Everytime we visited the Grill we had a great dining experience. The service was exemplary. While slightly pricey, where in the Hamptons isn’t, I felt the food and service justified the cost. Try the crab cakes, great! Loved the Moscow Mule too

This restaurant is a treat. The servers are great. They treat you like royalty from the moment you walk in. Once the food starts to arrive you really know you're in a great place. Great portions and great flavor. Definitely a great place to eat.

We had dinner at East Hampton Grill and we were surprised at the ham-fisted service we received for such an expensive and well-known place. We ordered the biscuits and grilled artichokes for appetizers, fish specials for the entree, and the entree was dropped on us...More

Dining at the East Hampton Grill was truly a delightful experience. We went mid-week, so we were selecting from the Monday-Wednesday menu. The difference? Apparently only the prices! Pass the bar (and the penguins), and the dining room is dark, warm, and inviting. Service at...More

Classy Hampton's eatery. Tuna tartare is fabulous-- best tuna, sliced avocado and deviled egg. A meal in itself. The meatloaf with wild mushrooms is one of my favorites as is the cheeseburger. Don't be put off by these mundane items--they are stunningly delicious. Of course,...More
