If I could rate this negative 5 stars I would but believe this review would still be understated. We had a reservation for 4 at 8:00pm. We walked into restaurant that had entrees priced at 35-40. You would assume that upon entering a hostess would greet you and tell you that you would be seated shortly. Instead we had to... More

Race Lane consistently delivers great food and drink in a great ambiance that befits the Hamptons. Love coming here again and again.

A local innkeeper recommended this place and they obviously aren't a foodie. My SO opted for the lobster mac and cheese - where's the lobster? I had the pricey scallops, good but for $37 they should've been.

I have eaten at Race Lane many times over the last few years, but the meal we had there this evening was superlative. I had the sea scallops, which were perfection. My friend had the salmon, which she adored. It was a meal in line with the best, most expensive restaurants East Hampton has to offer. What a treat!

2nd time - still delightful though pork chop a little dry on the outside, Roasted root veg an excellent appetizer, and the desserts were plate-lickable

A very average place with a terrible attitude - They charge $2 if you order your drink on the rocks and tell you all restaurants practice this. Unbelievable

After recently visiting 6 other restaurants in the Easthampton vicinity Race Lane comes in at the very bottom, with no other contender in place. Everything about the restaurant felt like it was suffering a case of restaurant rigor mortis. Largely empty, the service verged between non- existent and desultory. Water glasses not refilled, wine glasses empty and never asked about... More

It had been some time since I last dined at Race Lane. An American restaurant with attentive welcoming service. Amazing drinks, good sizes. My vodka martini was perfect! Super friendly staff. I had asparagus salad followed by salmon with cauliflower puree, sauteed kale and caper raisin emulsion. Brussels sprouts a a side order. All cooked and prepared to perfection. A... More

Came here on a Saturday night in mid November. Good dinner, tasty food, nice environment. Great fireplace and food drinks. Nice service. But very slow.
