My wife and I had dinner here and we were very pleased. A reservation is recommended and by 6 PM the place was packed. There is something on the menu for everyone and the prices are reasonable. Both of our meals were delicious and prepared...just as we requested. Our server was very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu items.More
The back room is a great place to enjoy a meal - very picturesque. I ordered the Monte Cristo sandwich, one of my favorites. It did not disappoint - it was packed with ham, turkey and cheese, and was served with a cherry jam -...excellent. My companion had a beef on weck, which she said was one of the best she has had. All in all, a great experience.More
There were 4 of us today and three of the four had the same thing, The 4th had a small pizza. The main group had the Brie, Bacon and Apricot Jam sandwich with a Balsamic Glaze. I was not that thrill but my wife and...our friends date enjoyed it. For myself it was too sweet I should have known but other than that everything was good. We sat on the South Patio and at first were bothered by an idling diesel truck. We have never been there before so we did not realize a parking lot was adjacent to that portion of the building.
We would go back bu t try something different. The wait staff was excellent.More
Went to this place with friends for the first time, bar was big enough lots of seating to have a drink before dinner. Average price bottled beer $4.00 we were there March 16th so it was all decorated for St. Patrick's Day. We were seated...in the back room which it is all large glass walls so lots of natural light coming in very comfortable area. We had the train wreck nachos which were delicious 3 different color nachos with olives, jalapeños, ground beef, cheese salsa sour cream. We all had a different dinner and we were all pleased with our choices, we had Depot burger, beef on week, fish tacos and bacon Brie sandwich, they came with fries that were very different and not greasy at all. I would recommend this place for sure. Plus there are a lot of other restaurants in this same area of East Aurora if you are looking for something different, sports bar, gastr pub, pizza joints etc etcMore
Liking good food is a stop for many locals and out-of-towners. We (my wife and I) both like their Chicken Quesadilla which is tempting to look at when served but ever so lovely and tasteful to eat. Best to call for "Call-Ahead Seating Option." Only...drawback is that you walk through the bar area to the dining area but once in dining area very comfortable and good atmosphere. You may even get to see a train pass by on the tracks while eating!More
I'm a little disappointed it was our first time here and the restaurant is really cute. But the food was average my husband and I had a beef on weck and the beef was tender but it had absolutely no flavor nor did the au...jus it was as clear as water. The homemade fries the make we're good and we will give come here again and give it another chance. But for this visit as far as food it was disappointing 😕More
Stopped in for a bite after a parade and were pleasantly surprised. It's a great little place with a super Roast beef sandwich and fries for only $11. We loved the atmosphere of this old Penn Railroad station now transformed into a delightful place to...eat with a separate large bar area. Outdoor dinning on their side patio is also an option. Service with a smile and good food, good prices... we will definitely return !More
