We ordered two of the chicken tenders with fries dinners. They came with either barbecue or honey mustard sauces to dip. The order was done fast. There were three decent pieces or chicken and a handful of fries. A little steep of a price but...the food wasn’t bad.More

Easy to make a reservation for the following day. Greated by a warm and funny older lady who gave us a choice of tables by the window. The view is fantastic overlooking the vinyards and the lake. Our server was both friendly and caring. We...had the pork shank in some tasty sauce, oh so good. A must vist when on the wine trail.More

Went Sunday 11 Oct 2020 for a birthday/brunch.....the menu was very limited and everything on it was expensive....for $13 dollars many in our group tried the bourbon grilled chicken sandwich....it was cold...tasteless and rather small....seriously a grilled chicken sandwich from McDonald's is a hundred times...tastier and way less expensive......the fries that came with it were cold too.....thank God I didn't get the braised pork Shanks for $30. ANOTHER item was tofu gnocchi for $15....all in all its overpriced sub par food....you are paying for the view I guess. I doubt many locals are frequent guestsMore

Please read the prior review that said HORRIBLE....because it is. Our party of four four tried the mushroom tart, smoked tacos, fried calamari, Cobb salad, eggplant Parmesan sandwich and the Veraisons burger. Everything was subpar. Chewy mushrooms in tart were overpowered by vinegar. So strange....Calamari was very chewy and not crispy. Tacos were just little pieces of meat with a sauce that was underwhelming. The other couple had the burger and Parmesan sandwich and didn’t care for them. The cooks or waitress had forgot to cook the Parmesan sandwich so that took agile to arrive after everyone else was already eating. To top it off my wife had a bug in her glass of cider and noticed it after drinking about 1/3 of it. We were outside so it probably flew in. When the waitress returned with the glass it appeared to be the same glass and the cider was at the same level. So either she scooped out the bug and gave her the same cider, or she gave her new cider and they were too cheap to fill up the glass. After dinner we stopped at our friends home that is on the lake not far from the restaurant. They said this had been their favorite restaurant but there was a change in chefs and they don’t eat there anymore. They felt terrible that we had a bad experience on our trip there. Don’t waste your time and money!More

My wife and I stopped here for lunch while wine tasting. The view from our outdoor table was extraordinary. We enjoyed the cab frank and dry riesling. The salads we got were top notch. The tomatoes were locally sourced and delicious on top of chicken,...avacado, bacon, and mixed greens. We also got the homemade bread with tomatoe oil and the calamari, both of which were very tasty and inspired me to branch out a little with my own cooking.More

Horrible Horrible place. Menu was extremely limited served with a paper menu very limited and the food was not tasty. They charge Manhattan prices for minimal food extremely disappointed. I would not even consider this place for another visit. Do not waste your time there....Sorry if the pandemic affected it but poorly poorly managed menu. On the bright side service was very pleasant and apologetic.More

We stayed at the inn and ate here as well. We requested outdoor seating. They have a decent patio space overlooking the vineyards, and well distanced. The indoor space was large, and also looked well distanced. Overall a nice restaurants, but could use a few...more options on the menu, especially if you plan on being there more than a night.More

We stayed at the winery. Having the restaurant here was a great convenience because there are really no other restaurants close by unless you take a ride into Watkins Glen. It’s great because you can sit outside overlooking the vineyard with Seneca Lake as the...backdrop. The menu was a bit limited so for lunch my wife has tacos and I had a burger. They were both good. When we went for dinner we shared a Caesar salad that was huge and we both had filet mignon. It was cool out so we ate inside where there the ambiance is lacking. Considering you are eating at a winery their wine costs are higher than you would expect for the glass and the bottle. The markup on their wine is huge.More

Great ambiance and the food's not bad either. It looks and acts like a four star restaurant, but the prices are very reasonable and the food is more pub like than you would expect. That's not to say that the food wasn't delicious, because it...was. Dessert was great also. Make reservations and get there.More

We stopped here because we wanted to taste their wine, and had just driven for 4 hours, so we needed some food before that. The setting is beautiful, outdoor dining (which we are more comfortable with in these Covid times), waiter was great. I had...the ham croquettes, which were good, but not fantastic. Husband had the chicken sandwich. Very messy on the plate, and to eat. Served with wilted lettuce on the bun. I had the creme brulee for dessert, which was good, but not great (I'm always on the lookout for creme brulee that can match Celebrity Cruise lines). It was so small, I was shocked. We had a glass of raspberry spumonte with lunch, and it was good. So we had high hopes for the winery. (see my review of the winery) The lunch was quite pricey for what it was, but it was our first out of the trip. Would I stop there again? Probably not.More

Dress code was varied; few sport jackets. Smart casual most prevalent. A lot of women in sundresses. Important to make reservations as they are very busy.

Many gluten free options. The chef is gluten and dairy free and visited out table to discuss the selections. Wonderful meal, wonderful service.
