We really Enjoyed this spot. The wine was nice and the bakery is fantastic. Do Not pass up the quiche.

We stopped at Tabora on our last day in the Finger Lakes before driving back to NJ. Tabora was suggested by the Harbor Hotel concierge after asking her of a good place for freshly baked pies. It was a great suggestion. We purchased about $70...worth of goodies for ourselves and pet sitters. I just ate their chocolate chip-espresso-pecan cookie, and it was excellent. Ginger cookies were equally tasty. Breakfast sandwiches were delicious. I froze their sourdough, rye/pumpernickel and cranberry/pecan for later consumption. NYC prices but made with high quality ingredients and by locals. We also enjoyed a flight of their white wines in the tasting room. We were the first ones, and Keith did a great job explaining the grapes we were drinking. These aren’t serious wines. But as my GF said, who is a middle school teacher, it is perfect for opening at the end of an exhausting week.More

A server at a local winery pointed to this place. It was a great recommendation! Food, wine, and bakery all in one. We had light lunches (quiche and sandwich on a toasted baguette). They were both very good and filling. We purchased a number of...baked goods to take home. It is very informal, order at the counter and pay at a register, then wait for your buzzer to call you to pick up the order. It was run efficiently and all was great.More

We stopped here around 2:00 PM on Saturday afternoon. When placing our orders (sandwiches) we were told it would be a 30-45 minute wait because they had been having some problems. Fine. Except people in our group who ordered non-grill items got their food in...about 10 minutes. I had asked for a cold sandwich, which still took about 30 minutes. In addition, what I got was a ham sandwich with a miniscule amount of lunchmeat on it. One person in our party had ordered a sandwich with chicken that was only on one half of the sandwich. To top it all off, I paid nearly $17 for my slim sandwich, a bag of potato chips and 2 warm diet cokes (fridge was empty and there was no ice). Baked goods looked nice, but I wasn't interested in spending any more money here.More

Stopped by for an afternoon lunch with our parents. The view was great, the food (especially the quiche) was excellent, and of course the wine was chilled perfectly.

I had seen pictures of Tabora Farm's food, and everything looked so good! I made it a point to stop for lunch when we were in the Finger Lakes last week. And we weren't disappointed. I had the Fruity Chick sandwich, very good chicken salad...with the crunch and tang of apple slices and grapes. What an unusual combination, but it really worked. My husband had Charlie's Choice, the tuna salad, which was so good as well (he let me taste). The bread was awesome. They have a good selection, with a lot of veggie choices too. We ate on the porch with our dogs, but could only finish half a sandwich each. They were even good the next day. We also got a danish, and an elephant ear, as well as a whole veggie quiche. All were good, but OMG, the quiche was delicious---the crust, the filling, everything! I ate the whole thing myself, over the course of about a week, and it was as good a week later as it was the first day. The space is lovely inside, with everything displayed so that it is all very tempting. I wanted to come back to try even more, but time got away from us. We were impressed with the food, the service, and the prices. Since we just came for the food, I can't write about the wine. I probably should have bought some that was displayed, but we'd already bought a lot of wine. Next time!More

Stopped here for lunch between our kayaking and a winery run. Good lunch - tasty sandwiches and baked goods made in house daily. Unfortunately the winery tasting room wasn't open so we couldn't enjoy the wines, but feels like it would a good spot to...try wine. Friendly staff.More

The best pumpkin loaf covered with cream cheese frosting and walnuts. Fantastic variety of baked goods and a nice deli. You will have a difficult time deciding what type of cupcakes you want; generous servings at very reasonable prices.

Stopped by for lunch and they had a great variety of delicious sandwiches and side salads. Also took a couple incredible cupcakes to go. I would definitely go back!

Do not know as I do not follow that diet. Regardless, their baked goods are varied, beautiful to look at, reasonably priced and best of all, DELICIOUS.
