Great breakfast! Don’t blink or you’ll miss it and you’ll be sorry. Excellent service and the BEST homemade corned beef hash. A must if you are in town

Great location in town, excellent service, and had a delicious breakfast here. Reasonably priced. Our waitress Michelle was very friendly.

Attended SUNY Cortland in 1980's and went to Frank and Marys numerous times over the years. Though the owners may have changed the old time diner charm remains. It is great food at a reasonable price. On a recent trip to Buffalo arrived about 8am...for breakfast. Social distancing and COVID in mind, we sat in back and had eggs over easy, bacon, homefries, toast and corned beef hash. Everything was fresh, hot delicious and just as good as we remembered. Thanks for not changing a thing! Enjoy!More

Frank&Mary’s is our early morning breakfast go to spot. Brian makes the best omelettes! Just want to say “Thank you” to everyone who is keeping the diner going during these long weeks of isolation!! Stay safe and well, hopefully we’ll be back in a booth...soon. Thanks again.More

I've been a patron of this place (and former fan) for years and was tremendously let down when we were turned away for dinner at 9:03 pm Saturday 2/23/19. We were told, "Sorry we close at 9". Quick suggestion: take down the gigantic sign sprawled...across your awning and replace the menus which falsely indicate otherwise stating you are open "24 hours" on Fri/Sat. Very unprofessional, taking my business elsewhere to more reliable eateries.More

This is a quaint restaurant located right downtown. It's not much to look at inside or out but is perfect for an eclectic out of the way place! The food is very good, large portions and very cheap!

We stopped here on a road trip. The food was inexpensive but really salty. The service wasn't great. The diner looked pretty dirty. From what little I could see in the kitchen, it looked pretty dirty too. We only stayed because we waited to long...to stop to eat and we were really hungry. Wish we'd picked some place else.More

Was driving thru on my way back to Jersey and wanted a hamburger that wasn’t from a “fast food establishment”, so I was told by several locals to try this place. It’s a no thrills place with real homemade home fries ! The burger was...cooked fine and I was greeted with a home style welcome. They are typical diner with old fashioned charm. The service was fast and efficient. So if you are looking for good food but fast -try this place. You’ll be glad you did! Ps Free Public parking can be found on Port Watson right before the diner (across the street from the CVS)More

Stopped here on way back from Syracuse. Inside old and wore down. Food was good. Typical dinner food. Nothing fancy.

Ate at Frank & Mary's for the 1st time yesterday, and the reviews were all right on. It's an old fashioned diner in downtown Cortland with municipal parking nearby. My veggie omelet was one of the best that I have had in ages. The home...fries were delicious, too. Our server was friendly and attentive, and you can't beat the prices.More
