What can I say? When you find a tiny diner, you need to check it out, and the Cooperstown Diner is just that: a tiny diner on a small lot on the main street in Cooperstown. It was our breakfast base for our long weekend in town. The diner opens at 6 a.m., and by the time we got there... More

What a cute little restaurant....and I mean little so get there before the lunch crowd. I had a hamburger which was excellent. Everyone enjoyed their food.

Stopped in for a late lunch while visiting the Hall of Fame. This place is small! Maybe 4 tables for 4 guests each, and about 10 seats at the counter. Still, the food was worth the wait. I had a thick cheeseburger and curly fries and both were delicious. The pancakes were also very good, and the eggplant fries were... More

We stopped in for dinner just for kicks. Cooperstown Diner is shockingly tiny which is kind of a hoot. I imagine it would be a bit less fun, however, if the place were packed. My hamburger was very good and my girlfriend's chicken fingers were just ok. Both our meals were nicely priced and came in good portions.

Extensive menu, personal attention from server, wonderful small town diner. Lots of homemade desserts and breakfast all day. Not much seating but very homey. George Bailey might have eaten here.

This doll-house-sized diner accommodates a small counter and several tables of guests. The prime location, delicious comfort food and small service area account for the usual long queues out the door. We were fortunate to now have to wait and had a great meal at this unassuming spot.

Had a great breakfast here. Good coffee, good service, homemade corned beef hash with my eggs and toast. Mostly locals and there is apparently a special for locals that isn't on the menu. But, it was good and tourists were clearly welcome.

This tiny old-fashioned cafe has about 4 tables plus a few counter seats, but still has a large menu with an impressive number of offerings. The clients seemed to be a mixture of tourists and locals. The friendly waitress knew the standing orders for several of her regulars. We had burgers, a chicken sandwich and a tuna melt with milkshakes... More

This tiny place is no bigger than a box car but serves a giant hamburger that is a "must" experience. There were other options as well, but the Jumbo Burger was just plain fun!
