This place is just down the road from the Baseball Hall of Fame. Have a great meal here delicious food and desserts or a fantastic. The veggie burger is housemaid and is delish.

Great place to eat lunch/dinner while visiting Baseball Hall of Fame. Within walking distance of the museum makes it easy to pop out and grab a bite to eat. Friendly staff, good service. Food reasonably priced. Nice casual atmosphere.

Had three meals here - two breakfasts and one dinner. The breakfasts are what you might expect though almost no omelette choices. Tried the huevos rancheros once and wasn't impressed (jarred jalapenos). The dinner specials were more adventurous than you would expect for a place...More

Went as a family, and when we entered, were told all tables were full (which they were). Put our name on the list and were told to enjoy a drink at the bar while we waited. We were fine to wait, knowing we were first...More

We took a break from the Baseball Hall of Fame for lunch. Found this gem within 2 blocks of the museum. Although extremely bus they were very accommodating for our party of five, with a short wait. The service was wonderful, a true team effort!...More

Halve your day at the Hall of Fame with a lunch at the Doubleday Cafe! It offers the usual cafe fare. The decor is definitely baseball.

If you want to eat where the greatest in baseball have eaten this is the place. Food is good and reasonably priced. You get a home town feeling in this place. A great number of baseball history is on the walls of this place.

We went in to Doubleday our first night in Cooperstown. The waitress started off by not allowing us to put tables together accommodate our group. She then became irate when we didn’t know what we wanted to drink in time....the final straw was when a...More

I'm guessing the kitchen just isn't large enough to do it differently. If they had a weekend buffet geared to volume breakfast food that might also be a factor.

The Doubleday Cafe is open year round, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner seven days a week. We offer a chalk board of specials for all three meals. With seating of about 70, we also offer a fine selection of beer, wine and top shelf liquors. Our goals are to serve the freshest food, along with the best service, at the most reasonable prices. The Doubleday celebrated it's 20th anniversary in 2011.
