My daughter and I ate there for lunch one afternoon. The food was good and the interior fun but we had 2 adults and their 2 kids annoyingly standing over us talking to their friends at a table next to us while we ate. They were waiting on their table. These people were rude, annoying and loud which ruined our... More

I would strongly recommend this as a top pick for Cooperstown! The staff was very friendly, the service was quick, and the food was excellent!

A bit crowded so had to wait 20 minutes at 4 PM to get a table. Decent food - really liked the option to add sliced avocado to sandwiches, salads, etc.

We visited after going to the baseball hall of fame because it was ranked second of the local restaurants. Food was average, service was good except we were rushed out so they could turn the table. Prices were somewhat high for bar food. Nothing memorable but can't say it was a good or bad experience.

The food was great. Service was fast. Nice menu choices. Best food I had in Cooperstown. Had the clam chowder and a shrimp roll. Both were great

The food was amazing!! There's help yourself popcorn for the kids to munch on while waiting for the food. The TVs had baseball on, of course, and our server was wonderful! Would definitely go again.

$9 Bloody Mary is too much for this place. Food was just average in taste and presentation. Old beer hall, we ended up sitting at the bar because it was busy from smallish dining area.

Heard great things about the Doubleday in Cooperstown. We went there for breakfast during trip to the Hall. It was very busy. We were seated immediately. We then had to wait 10 minutes for a server. When she came to us she offered coffee, but would not take our order as she had to run food out for other people.... More

Went to Doubleday after hanging out at the NBHOF in Cooperstown. They had really good French onion soup but I wasn't blown away by our lunch. My husband got a burger that he said was just ok and I ordered the pulled pork which I couldn't eat because I really didn't like the sauce the waitress was so awesome and... More

The Doubleday Cafe is open year round, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner seven days a week. We offer a chalk board of specials for all three meals. With seating of about 70, we also offer a fine selection of beer, wine and top shelf liquors. Our goals are to serve the freshest food, along with the best service, at the most reasonable prices. The Doubleday celebrated it's 20th anniversary in 2011.
