The Kettle has been delighting Mohawk Valley diners with its unique menu of high quality Italian favorites for over 30 years. Our desire for our customers is to provide the highest quality of food and service in a comfortable setting. All of our meals are cooked to order so please be patient. I met the owner of this restaurant at Saratoga Gaming and Casino while playing next to him. He told me about The Spaghetti Kettle and the next time I was in the Utica NY area I saw it on Route 5 and my brother and I ate there. It was very tasty with a plethora of food. The ambience and serve was good plus it was not too $$. Close to Vernon Downs and Turning Stone too.

We been in this Restaurant many times. Today, The waitress was very rude. She forgot our order and start yelling at me for not reminded her. The food was good.

My husband and I love the Spaghetti Kettle. I get the fish fry and my husband get something else, like eggplant parmesan. he likes it because they "trim' the eggplant. The staff is friendly, and the prices are moderate. You won't be sorry that you stopped and eat here.

Ordered the chicken parm to go on a bed of ziti , came with a large salad and 2 loves of bread. First of all being of Italian decent from my moms side their sauce is like mom’s. Second I think they make the best chicken parm in the state.The macaroni cooked perfectly with some cheese in there and six chicken parms on top . We had dinner for two nights from this cause it was just the two of us. I love this place they are so friendly,
Can’t wait till they reopen. But until
Then I will keep working supplying
The country with milk and dairy products and I will keep coming back here having macaroni (which was cooked perfectly )
and chicken parm just like moms. Thank you for such a great deal for

Food has gone downhill. Salad was brown. If you have to pay 4.00 for a dinner salad it should be good. Chicken parmigiana was hard, chewy and still partially frozen. Won’t be going there again.

Had dinner last night here a little before 5 pm. Seated right away waitress shortly after took drink order. We both ordered the Chicken Parmesan waitress brought out bread with garlic butter. Then brought the Chicken Parmesan. 2 pieces of chicken with sauce and cheese on top . The chicken parm was excellent I would rate as the best around
The sauce is also fantastic . Waitress was excellent.

Ordered chicken riggies and got home to find ziti in a red tomato sauce with a handful of chicken chunks. We are lifelong area natives and know what riggies should be and this was not it. Same with the over priced greens - $20 worth of greens did not even cover the bottom of the pan! Then there was the rude man who was just down right mean when we picked up the order. Will not order from here again.

We frequent The Spaghetti Kettle for dine in and have always enjoyed it. We had take out for the first time tonight and they hit it out of the park! Please support thos local restaurant during the crisis, you will not be disappointed!

Been going there for years All if a sudden the management decided that salad shouldn’t be included with a fish fry. The waitress didn’t say or even offer a salad. When my meal arrived there was no Cole slaw. The waitress stated that it’s included But you have to request it. This place is off my list for restaurants!

3 of us enjoyed our meals - 2 haddock dishes and seafood platter. All were surprisingly good. Marinara sauce also very good. Great service too.

Arrived on Friday afternoon after a long drive. We were all very hungry. My wife looked up restaurants in the area and spaghetti kettle came up. Portions were very small and prices were high. Dinner for 7 $200. Everyone was extremely disappointed.

I had chicken riggies, three McDonald nuggets, pasta and bad sauce. I ordered med heat, it had no onions, no peppers and basically no chicken. Plus the waitress had eight tables of 6 or 8 by herself! Brought five slices of bread for a table of six. Guess we’re done there, heard they lost their chef will guess they haven’t found one yet.

Went to the Kettle this afternoon expecting a good meal and was I disappointed. First it seems if you are not a "regular" you don't get the same service. Never heard of a steak dinner that didn't come with a salad. (must be cost savings). Baked potato was "nuked" to death. The waitress seem to be to busy with regulars to properly wait on us. Very disappointed. We only come there occasionally but after all we are the customer. Needless to say this was out last visit to this "friendly" restaurant.
