Not a place that I would recommend. I know there are many people who really like this place, however after eating there, I would assume that they are mostly old-time regulars. The decor is run-down. I've eaten there a few times because it isn't far from where I live. The best thing I had was a burger and it was... More

We went to Salty's for a good meal. It was great! Wine, appetizers (gumbo and fried Brussel sprouts), Salmon with crabmeat stuffing and Apple Cobbler for dessert. Add in the crusty bread, the salad bar and coffee - total satisfaction. Friendly staff, pleasant atmosphere. Let the weekend begin!

We go here all the time. A very large menu but I usually get a hamburger which is one of the best around. I was surprised to see some reviews criticizing the staff since I have always found them to be extremely friendly and John the owner always stops by to say hello. Highly recommended.

It can be hit or miss here. We eat here fairly often, mostly for lunch. I like their reuben sandwiches and the home-made soups are good. Portion sizes are very large and the salad bar is better than OK. On a recent visit, though, I was very disappointed by a dinner eggplant entree, which had a very bitter taste. Oh... More

We went here for lunch with our friend from France. I only mention this because I felt that I needed to assure her that what happened here was not typical. We loved the menu and asked the waitress if there was a senior discount because we noticed that the majority of people were senior citizens. She said, "No". Then she... More

Long standing establishment in Halfmoon that desperately needs updating. Wait staff needs to learn to smile and be hospitable. Food is fairly good but not a place I would return to.

This inland eatery provided a seafood feast for me and my family - steamed clams, crab cakes, frutti de mar pasta, stuffed shrimp, fried fish platters - you name it, they had it! The service was friendly, the prices reasonable, and the maritime decor not overdone. Quiet on a weeknight, I'll bet a busy bar crowd on weekends might be... More

I love the fish tank at this bar and the happy hour menu. Happy hour ends precisely at 6 PM. Good steamers (clams). Their soups are very good and very filling.

We had the most friendly and knowledgeable bartender tonight! She was very charismatic and went above and beyond throughout the night. We ordered a couple of apps and really enjoyed the conversation and atmosphere. The jalapeño tequila was really fun! Very clean restrooms and amazing salad bar. We will definitely be back soon.
