I have had Friday fish fry from Stone's for the last 20+ years, both eat in and take out dinners. There food and service has been consistent for the entire time span I have enjoyed their restaurant. Family owned and operated, very friendly comfort food served with a smile.

Stones has the best fish fries. The staff can't be beat. They are the best. The Stones know how to treat people they know their customers by name. Love the friendliness.

My BIL lives down the road and he introduced us to their garlic parmesan wings. Incredibly delicious! Tonight we stopped in for dinner and I'm sure glad we did! Outstanding service and excellent food. I had the BLT and the bacon was perfectly cooked, rye bread was fresh and the lettuce was crisp. The onion rings were fresh out of... More

Was looking for a place to get a bite to eat before going to a concert at Robert's Weslyn College. We had high hopes for Stone's countryside Tavern as reviews were pretty descent. The location is out past town and we were just about to give up and head back toward town when we finally found it. Once inside we... More

This restaurant has a wonderful menu - from sandwiches to salads to excellent fish frys on Friday nights. The Staff is always friendly. Most of 'sides' are made by hand. Lois, the owner, will come to your table to see if everything is alright. Wonderful country place to dine in our area.

We were in the Rochester area visiting Niagara Falls and stopped in on the way back to the hotel. Very nice place and the waitress (who I think was the owner) was super friendly. My wife and I had the prime rib special which was very good and cooked to order. Excellent service and would definitely stop again if ever... More

Stone's is an quaint, little place where you can go have a relaxing drink with a friend or loved one. It is family owned and run. If you want something to eat, they have the best open prime rib sandwich ever. The fish fry on Fridays is yummy with the family style macaroni salad and coleslaw. Everyone there is friendly... More

My husband and I love Stone's countryside! They are always friendly and have great home-made food. Their fish fry is one of our favorite things to get there. It's great to have such a wonderful place to go so close to home that you can get a great meal everytime and visit with your friends and neighbors! I met my... More
