Authentic freshly made Mexican food. Time was short and stopped by for a quick lunch consisting of appetizers. Wonderful tacos and homemade salsa.

Cherry Valley is such a throw back! This is an historic town with some wonderful old houses. No major modernization here. This cafe is relatively small. Maybe approximately 10 tables. Doesn't take credit cards. Food is okay. Had a good reuben sandwich. Served with chips.....no fries. No public restroom but they will allow you to use theirs. The place is... More

I have been to this place a couple of times each for lunch and for breakfast. It is kind of a dingy place, The service is bland and slow. They seem to be friendly to their regulars, but not to me - a visitor who was there about 4 times total (and yes, I tried to be very pleasant). There... More

This is the place for potato chips and French fries. Sometimes, that is what we want with our sandwiches, Don't be afraid, you'll make it up tomorrow.

What a wonderful gem to find in the middle of the trip to Cooperstown. Best coffee, great service and a blueberry muffin that was amazing!

Small and unpretentious, this cafe offers delicious homemade bread and good coffee. Breakfast was very reasonable.

We live right nearby and my son and I go here for breakfast once a week. It is a nice and homey breakfast place, with yummy dependable food. The owner is lovely and always ready to chat. Make sure to have some of the home made bread! (And maybe even take a loaf home)

We stopped here because we generally like the food in a local place better than a place aimed at the tourist trade. The place looked dingy, but that is par for the course with places like this. The food, however, was equally dingy and the service was less than cordial. Since I grew up in this area, we politely ate... More

We stopped by on our way to Cooperstown and we're delighted to find this café. The decor could use improving but the food was very good. We had spaghetti and meatballs, hamburger, grilled ham and cheese, and chicken and biscuits. Everyone was very pleased with their order. It was delivered fast and with a smile. There were two outdoor tables... More

My companion and I stopped at this restaurant on our way through Cherry Valley. The waitress was surly at best and when my friend asked to use the restroom she begrudgingly said, "Yeah. I guess you can use ours." The only route to the restroom was through the kitchen and it was reported back to me that it wasn't very... More
