Grab a quick bite after long day. Staff was a bit over whelmed due to crowd. They were however pleasant and helpful. Food came out quick and was hot and fresh and was not to bad. All in all a good experience.

Not fine dinning but a great place for tasty food at a reasonable price. Food served quickly by friendly staff.

We always call in on this restaurant when visiting the Williamsville area. Its a little dark inside but the food is always good-love the french onion soup and rib-eye steak-excellent value.Service is'nt fast-but when me and my wife sit down for dinner we like to take our time and savour the delights. Will call in again next time we visit.

My husband, daughter and I were in town for the weekend. We decided to try Max's Classic American Grill for a late dinner. We enjoyed the menu because it had a rock-n-roll theme. I chose the Uptown Patty Meltdown with fries. My husband picked the Help Me Rhonda Hoagie, and my daughter chose the Smothers Brother's Turkey (turkey, mashed potatoes,... More

We visited for dinner with my in-laws. The atmosphere is a little weird... like a diner, where the wait staff wears typical '50s diner attire, but the decor is much more like that of a pub. The food was really good, and it came quickly, but the menu might as well be written in hieroglyphics. They name all of their... More

Walked in for a late dinner. Manager seated us. We waited over 15 minutes and were never offered a drink or even spoken to. We got up to leave and we spoke to the waiter and he was unconcerned that we were leaving. The manager that seated us was in the parking lot when we walked out. Very disappointing.

Whilst in Buffalo, I'd thought I'd try Max's grill, wasn't too impressed, I feel as if they could come down on reality pricing for the type of food they serve and the way it was presented and to tasted. The service wasn't exceptional at all, matter fact my server did nothing but complain about new age technology. But i did... More

My husband had chicken wings and I had an open faced sandwich. The food was just diner food. Children are supposed to eat free when staying at the hotel. They knew we were hotel guests but charged us for her meal. We would have had a better meal at the diner across the street (Olympic) nothing special. Just convenience. Dirty... More

Long day of driving and the Best Western recommend , I wanted a nice glass of wine but they didn't have a good selection of good wine I won't pay 9.00 a glass for crap wine so I had water! I had a house salad and french onion soup, hubby had a tuna melt with french fries and an iced... More

So we stayed at the Holiday Inn and next to it is Max's Classic American Grill. We ordered a Hunka, Hunka Burnin' Love which is a jalapeño hamburger regular sized and it was huge at & 10.49. It came with a side of french fries and cole slaw. One is enough for two people. We also ordered an Everleafy Brothers... More
