Food was tasteless, cold and poor quality (rice was crunchy, wonton soup had no flavor). Poor service - never saw a wait staff member again after we had our drinks, so there were no refills. Absolutely not worth almost $50 for dinner for 2 adults and 2 children.

My husband and I went here on our way back from Erie. The food was pretty good, a lot of choices on the buffet including a few seafood choices, some fresh fruit and soups. The custard buns are a unique choice and very good. The crab legs advertised on the sign outside were non existent, they may have refilled them... More

Quite pretty place to be for a lunch or dinner. Very well behaved staff, quick service & good number of people often visting there make you feel relaxed about the quality of food. Good place for offering veg food as well.

Had lunch there today and was very disappointed. The quality of their food has gone down. Also, it would be nice if the servers, stir fry cook and hostess could understand your English when you asked a question. All I wanted was bok choy and I was shown the location of everything from mushrooms to shrimp, to soy sauce to... More

Better off ordering from your local Chinese food delivery! The service is absolutely horrible! The food is suspect unless its busy there! Otherwise you will be hugging your toilet all night instead of your date!!! Horrible experience and will never go back!

Worst in the world . They don't know how to treat people with disabilities. They tried to put my grandson in a wheelchair in a corner . They charged for a spoonful of rice that he never ate since he only eats with a feeding tube. The manager was rude an impolite. The worst.

I stop here every so often when visiting Buffalo and have never been disappointed. The place is bright and sparkly and has a large number of choices to fill yourself up with. They have a huge salad bar, a number of soups, a nice sushi selection for this type of place, an OK dessert bar (I just never really like... More

You do not eat at ANY buffet expecting quality. You go for variety and volume. The crystal chandeliers are attractive & unexpected in a buffet restaurant. But the tables & chairs must be the originals because they are in poor condition - wobbly, large pieces of wood chipped off. I take my relatives there a few times a year because... More

This is a rather large buffet with a large selection. In my personal opinion every single Chinese buffet is similar so I wouldn't say this is better or worse than any other. What I can say is its clean and the staff is friendly.

Nice decor, OK customer service for a buffet, convenience of location was why I kept trying it but on last trip I vowed to never return. Food is never hot, barely warm. I feel sick every time I eat there. Coupons are not worth a return visit. Will drive further for another option.
