My family of four came here to celebrate our daughter's birthday (she turned 19). We had a lovely time and she enjoyed it hugely. Three of us ordered the afternoon tea, which was generously sized, and one went for the bread pudding. The scones were...particularly delicious, but everything was very tasty. Two also ordered the daily soup special, a cheddar potato soup served with a savory scone. Overall, we were delighted with the whole experience. The girls enjoyed poking through the gift shop, as well. My only suggestion would be to consider re-doing the fabric on some of the chair seats. A few were quite stained, which stood out because everything else (including the restroom) was immaculate. We look forward to returning. Thank you for making her birthday extra special!More

I’m not sure if the ownership or management changed, but the service has changed. We sat outside which felt like we were at a sidewalk restaurant. The server forgot about us. We continuously asked for her or had to go inside to get her attention....The soup was cold, even after being reheated, and the food did not taste good. I recommend they consider reconfiguring the restaurant layout to accommodate a wheelchair. It was difficult for our friend to take her mother to the restroom without asking customers to move their seat out of the way. This is not ADA accommodating. This was not a good experience.More

The food here is very very good. Lovely teas. The staff is lovely. However, they seem to have fit in more tables since I have last been there. Also there used to be hats on coat racks, and some almost life size cardboard cutouts of...the Royals (now sadly squished to the wall or peaking in the gift shop looking very tired). While there are lots of tea pots about, there seem to be less attention to the little details I enjoyed in the past. Things again are looking less fresh. I felt like I was almost sitting in the laps of the next table. One other small gripe is that they used whipped cream rather than clotted cream for the scones. I am glad to see the business is successful, but I probably won't go back again.More

Our luncheon began a little rocky , a little confusion with the amount of Red Hatters that was expected. The owner had prepared for our 1st count of attendees. She wanted to make our visit a success . After that our server ugh can’t remember...her name but she was the absolute best ! She really helped us move forward and have the best time . The food was so so delicious! Many of us had the “tea service” and it was everything you could want ! The variety, freshness and mini sandwiches were delicious! The fruit and chocolates were so fresh ! None of us could finish everything ! I was surprised that I was so full! The Teas are fresh not old or prepackaged. If the owner will have us again this will be our new Special outing place ! There is 1 downside .. you’ll have so much fun you’ll want to stay longer than the allotted 2 hours! Time flies when you’re having a blast ! Visit this gem .. you’ll be so happy you did !More

The food is still wonderful, as is the service (thanks Debra), but now they have a beautiful outside dining area with paving stones. The street noise can be loud at times because the patio faces the main street through town. However, the food and service...are well worth it! Don't forget to take a time to see the inside, especially the small gift shop.More

This is a gem! I wish Florrie would open a place closer to where I live. However, the experience was well worth the trip. From the hot apple cider to the pumpkin pie it was a foodie's delight. The food was so fresh and tasty....The tea sandwiches reminded me of the times that I had High Tea at the Flagler Museum in Florida. The service matched the food, and the price was well worth the wonderful experience. There was an annoying bee/yellow jacket that somehow avoided the attractive traps. The owner quickly came out to light a candle to keep the pest away. My group ate outside. The seating was very comfortable and socially distance from other customers. The outside area is very attractive. Hopefully, the decorative telephone booth will be repaired because it adds nicely to the ambience. We were able to park in front, but there is parking somewhere in the back. They take reservations. Can hardly wait for my next visit to Florrie Kaye's.More

If I lived closer, I'd be here every day!!! From the time you're greeted upon entering until the time you leave, you'll have a wonderful day. The tea selection alone is so extensive, you'll have quite a time choosing one. The menu is perfect for...anything from a quick bite to a delicious meal. There are some seasonal items as well as specials to choose from. I could go on forever about all the items; I especially recommend the coronation chicken salad on the zucchini bread, warm sausage roll, any salad...even the side cucumber salad is tasty and I don't like cucumbers!! Make sure you leave room for dessert. I have tried every one on the menu and can honestly say, you can't go wrong with any of them. Their scones are so good, especially the sweet scone of the day! When it's chilly outside, their soups are really satisfying and will warm you up. The decor is quaint and homey. The staff extremely friendly; ready to answer any questions and make suggestions. They even have a selection of hats you can wear to complete your tea room experience. Don't forget to check out the gift shop before you leave. Florrie Kaye's is a must visit!More

Had a wonderful Bridal Shower for my daughter at Florrie Kaye's Tea Room. Everything was outstanding, from the British/Country decor to the food and drink. We chose an Afternoon Tea which included our selection of sandwiches, scones and our preference of pastries. I wanted a...mini Victoria Sponge (cake filled with lemon and raspberry) which was not on their menu, and they made it specially for us. Such deliciousness. We had a selection of hot teas, and I also chose a purple tea for an iced tea. There was also an open bar for our guests to enjoy cocktails. Our package included lavender hot towels and a party favor- Wedding Tea and Tea Spoon. Not only was the quality of the food and drink first rate, but the service was impeccable. Our guests felt very welcomed and Gina, the owner, was also there ensuring everything went well. And it did! It was so beautiful, our guests loved it, my daughter loved it, and I was one very happy mother! To top things off, the food was quite plentiful and anything not eaten was boxed up for guests to take home. In addition, the chef made a special chocolate cake for my daughter to take home and enjoy with her fiancé. Very classy! Five stars ALL the way!More

Recently had lunch at Florrie Kaye's with my wife. Parking here is not the easiest as street parking in front of the restaurant is limited to one hour. There are nearby free lots, but some are restricted and some not - be sure to park...where permitted. The restaurant is small and charming. Decorated to the nines. Casual and comfortable. Nice menu. Full afternoon tea service for about $30, or plenty of individual items including finger sandwiches, salads, scones, and British specialties. All on the small side but none expensive. And, of course, a huge tea menu. We enjoyed all of the food. We saw 3 ladies running the place - they were very friendly and attentive. We will dine here again.More

What a pleasant surprise. This place is not only beautiful, but the service was perfect. My son enjoyed his birthday brunch at this lovely place. I wanted to expose him to more teas and to see the world beyond fast food. He loved the turkey...panini and chocolate mint tea. Shy to show his sweet face, but his smile was priceless.More

There is parking in the back. And if you are lucky you can get a spot on the street. How ever I think there is a time limit on the street parking.
