Three of us really enjoyed our brunch at the Cooperage Inn today. Started our meal with freshly made omelets with our choice of fillings. Typical breakfast foods also available (bacon, sausage, pancakes, french toast) as well as seasonal favorites like pumpkin waffles. 5 different salads. Hot food entrees included penne ala vodka, ginger steak, chicken pot pie, seafood creation, and... More

We have been to the Cooperage Inn several times but not for a while. Went to Sunday Brunch and were very very disappointed. We have been to many a brunch and noticed that the real good ones brought out fresh menu items as they were being eaten. At the Cooperage that was not the case, it seemed that they didn't... More

The venue is clean and nicely appointed. We started with Crispy Calamari that was an ample serving, light and crispy. I followed with the House Aged Marinated Grilled Flat Iron Steak that was cooked to perfection served with mashed potatoes that were very good. My husband ordered the Paella which he enjoyed. We finished with the Key Lime Pie that... More

Surprisingly good food and selection. Egg omelets made to order while you wait at cooking station. Carved turkey with fixings, pasta dishes, side selections of potatoes, veggies, bacon, salads, pancakes, french toast and lots of desserts to choose from. Everything was very tasty. Beverage service was attentive. Relaxing, not rushed meal with friends. Stay after for live music in the... More

We had a rehearsal dinner here for my daughter and her fiancé's family. The food was excellent and the place divine.

If they can lie to their customers on their ad regarding pricing, who knows what else they lie about. A lie that is so visible on their ad makes me wonder what I don't know about them and what goes on in the kitchen with food. I was with a group and our food tasted frozen and poor quality on... There are more than a few of us who cannot digest garlic, and must stay away or be ill. As I perused the menu, almost every dish was 'garlic broth', 'garlic butter', etc. This creates a very limited menu for many people including those who don't like garlic. I explained my situation to the waitress who said, 'Good Luck'! Don't... More

Good food anytime, but Sunday Brunch should not be missed. Try the Banana Bread Pudding with warm syrup -- my favorite dish. Wait staff is very friendly. I recommend reservations for Sunday Brunch, but they aren't required.

Excellent (almost) East End option for any season... Great outdoor spaces for the summer (with a beer gaarten vibe) and cosy indoor options (bar is best) during the cold months. Food is consistently solid, service is brusque (but efficient) and beer options are always good.

After spending time at the Baiting Hollow Farm Vineyards we decided to have lunch here~ right next door. It was crowded- apparently a few big parties were in progress which slowed down service. But the restaurant is adorable, very New Englandish- outdoor seating as well- and our waitress was friendly and helpful. We ordered the crabcakes and calamari salads, both... More

Description
The Cooperage Inn takes great pride in serving the freshest fish, meats and local produce available. Sauces are expertly prepared on premise by our chefs.

The name "Cooperage Inn" comes from the craft of coopering, which goes back a few centuries, when it was the major method of packaging. We are located in the Long Island Wine region. Wine makers have always relied on the skills of the Village Cooper to store and age their wines.
