Been wanting to go here for a while and finally the time came and I was not disappointed. It's a small Bronx restaurant located in Little Italy. We started with mussels marechiara. The sauce was delicious and the mussels were tender. I kept dunkin my fresh bread in the sauce. Delicious! Next was the baked cod with fried potatoes and... More

Place was recommended by some locals, family owned and traditional Italian. Started with the salad and the stuffed artichokes - very, very good. Rigatoni had perfect texture and the sauce was tasty. I had the fish of the day and my partner had the veal with asparagus and mozzarella - both specials on the board and served with family style... More

Visited with cousins on a Friday night. Made a reservation for 8,at7 and the table was ready promptly. This restaurant is a step back in time, not much different then restaurants were 40,50,60 years ago in the area, including friendly family service, good food and great atmosphere. I would recommend a visit.

I've been meaning to eat here forever. Everytime I go to the Arthur Avenue neighborhood I find super places that serve memorable, classic Italian food. This isn't one of them. I really wanted to like this place and on the day we were there, four elderly guys who looked like they came from Corleone, Italy were seated in the window.... More

We spent the day at the botanical gardens and thought it would be good to try something on Arthur Avenue. Some friends recommended Tra Di Noi and we made a reservation. When there are so many good Italian places in the area, you need something special to help you choose. It's either superb food, a creative menu, great ambiance, family... More

We had just seen the Orchid Show at the NYBG and wanted to find a place for dinner. On the advice of a friend who had lived in the area, we went to Tra di Noi on 187th Street just off Arthur Avenue. Even though we were the last to be seated (the kitchen closes at 9 pm and we... More

My husband and I went here on our way home from NYC on an early Sunday afternoon. We booked the table at 12 noon for a 4:30 pm table. The place is small and feels like a place we have been to in Italy. The bread was great, the service amazing and the food so good. The only thing was... More

Eight of us had reservations for a Wednesday evening and were promptly seated in this small restaurant. Everyone was friendly and helpful. we were never rushed. Specials are listed on a blackboard but without prices. Our group shared starters of two house salads, an order of fried calamari and a special of baby artichokes. Portions were adequate. The consensus was... More

Chef cooks local, fresh, and has a daily menu for lunch and dinner. Have never gone wrong with any dish, and have been dozens of times...this seating was bolognese and a great glass of Chianti.

We went for lunch, good service, excellent food. We had the veal parmigiana, the linguini and clam sauce, and the carbonara. The veal was very tender with a thinly breaded crust clearly freshly made not frozen. Red and white cloth tablecloth, a fun place to eat.
