My family and I went out to dinner for a birthday and we had the best service we have ever had in a very very long time at this location. Our server Lauryn was kind helpful very knowledgeable about everything and we just had a...great time. She greeted us with such a kind attitude and made us feel so welcome everything that we asked for was delivered in just the right time, our food was perfect she was Interactive and really showed us that she loves what she does. We have been coming here for a long time and do not always get the greatest service however this was definitely an unforgettable experience and we will be coming back again to hopefully have her take care of us next time. I have always enjoyed dining at any Red Lobster establishment; however the Red Lobster in the Bronx, NY on Bartow Ave. in the Bronx, NY has a lot to be said. The bartender who serviced me, as I sat at the bar awaiting my meal,...was not knowledgeable of the Red Lobster Friday Fish Fry special, which lead to a misunderstanding, which eventually because of her ill manners, insolence, condescending and demeaning mannerism towards me, lead her manager comping me $10.00 off of my entire meal price, and of which I definitely did NOT leave this waitress/bartender a tip!!!! She didn't deserve it in my eyes, nor did she apologize for her nasty rude demeanor towards me!!! I would not recommend this particular Red Lobster for diners, as the wait staff are young, and not trained properly in dealing with the public.More

I visited with family on a Sunday after church Wait time to get a seat was bearable. Their appetizer biscuits were delicious but very salty. Entree took forever to come. We waited close to 30 minutes for our food. Service was very slow entirely. Will...I visit again? Maybe!More

I am not a local to this area but decided to dine here for my granddaughters birthday. This establishment should be closed. A business is only as good as the people who run it. This establishment is ran by young adults that lack customer service...skills and professionalism. Red Lobster May have been a nice family place years ago but this location is a disgrace.More

There is a new dish: Lobster Alfredo. Absolutely delicious. The portion is very large and I took some home. It reheats very well.

We walked into the restaurant and waited at the hostess stand for about 3 minutes for someone to pop up. When the hostess came she seated us at a dirty table that smelled. The table was sticky and gross. The table had not been cleaned...nor wiped down from the previous guest. We sat there for about 10 minutes at a dirty table and the server never came. After waiting, my spouse and I just got up and walked out. The server never even came to the table. HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!More

Lunch on me!!! I decided to take my mother to lunch. We were at bay plaza decided red lobster. It was very nice. The time of day was prefect. Food hot. Waiter attentive. What else could one ask for. A great experience. It been over...5 years since I've been there.More

The staff is great. The place is a dump. The food is the worst. Don't come here... my first and last visit. Shame that the owners of this franchase is so greedy and threat their client's as third class.

This was our second time at Red Lobster. Our first visit was at the Scarsdale location. Both visits were great. The food was on point and the service was great. Their signature biscuits are amazing! Will be back soon!

Recently went for the all you can eat shrimp special. The service was great from entry to table service, the food was delicious and I was surprised how great a value it was. Only disappointment was that they don't have baked clams on the menu...which I was craving that day. Thought that was kind of silly given its a seafood restaurant but other than that, we had a great time.More

Service excellent The young man who was server was very helpful taking his time explaining the lobster specials. The food was served hot to the point you could not touch your plate when it was served. If any one is in the Bronx nice place...to si and enjoy a hearty sea food meal.More

Food was delicious, staff was well mannered, service was great. The staff checked on us every couple minutes to make sure we were enjoying our meal. I love that restaurant and I can't wait to go back there. EXCELLENT SERVICE.
