Service excellent The young man who was server was very helpful taking his time explaining the lobster specials. The food was served hot to the point you could not touch your plate when it was served. If any one is in the Bronx nice place to si and enjoy a hearty sea food meal.

Food was delicious, staff was well mannered, service was great. The staff checked on us every couple minutes to make sure we were enjoying our meal. I love that restaurant and I can't wait to go back there. EXCELLENT SERVICE.

We visited on 3/5/16 and really enjoyed our waiter Jeremy. He was very engaging and took really great care of us. I learn about his plight to graduate college and how driven he is to move up into a leadership position at Red Lobster. I think he would do a GREAT JOB! He provided superb service and the food was... This place has good fish dinners, but you have to order more than just a meal to be full. So, the stuffed mushroom appetizer is my favorite. Just tried the Shrimp lettuce wrap, but the shrimp were fried, and the sauce too thick. The Tilapia stuffed with crabmeat was great, I highly recommend that.

Friendly and courteous servers who appear to enjoy their jobs. The meals are great and besides the lengthy wait for a table, sometimes, everything is good here.

Let me start this review with, I use to work a Red Lobster in Middletown, NY 26 years ago. While training at Red Lobster, I loved how they were so customer orientated. Service was primary, the food was of high quality. Stayed their long enough to become a trainer at new locations. Then in line to run my own store.... More
