All around perfect night for a party of 7 people including kids. From the moment we walked in, the restaurant staff was welcoming. The atmosphere a slice of Italy - exposed brick walls and walnut tables a nice touch. Place was bustling at 6pm but not overly noisy - we were able to have a conversation at the table without... We let the waiter do quite a bit of the ordering and he did an excellent job: Octopus and the sausages. I had him bring an entree that looked the best and he rolled out the Bronzino which was excellent! Will come back to Roberto's the next time I'm in the Bronx.

My wife and I celebrated our 20th anniversary at Roberto's and had a wonderful experience. Our initial greeting by the bartender Anthony (makes the best Manhattan's and recommends the tastiest beers) to the staff that waited on us for dinner, it was an amazing experience. I have never experienced such delicious authentic Italian food aside from my wife's cooking anywhere... More

This restaurant has fame and, based on that, they charge too much for their plates. I was not at all overwhelmed by the dishes, except for their desserts. The prices do not match the quality of the food. Our group ordered 2 veal dishes, pasta, lamb, calamari, burrata and salad. The desserts were very good. We ordered tiramisu, a cannoli... More

Been here 20 times. Always was the "default" place to go after a Yankee game or anytime we got to the Bronx. The last three times we were disappointed. Food was still good, but not what it was and the service was a bit more brusk then I would have liked. Overall, you will get a fine meal, but there... More

Roberto's is one of the best restaurants in New York City. Forget about "Little Italy" in Manhattan - Roberto's and Arthur Avenue are the closest you'll get to real Italian food outside of Italy. I am extremely picky about eating Italian food in NYC, mainly because I travel to Italy often and know the difference, but Roberto's is excellent and... More

What a simply amazing dining experience from the moment we sat down until we walked out the door almost 3 hours later. Our service was as superb as each of the appetizer, pasta, entree & dessert courses. It was well worth our 2.5 Hour drive to celebrate a family birthday here! We'll certainly return!

We were here in March and had dinner with 2 other couples. The atmosphere is very elegant but comfortable- like dinner in your grandmother's good dining room. The service was only surpassed by the food- excellent. We all had different items- chicken parm, eggplant & veal- & everything was fabulous. Definitely a go-back to place!

Excellent authentic Italian fare in a neat part of the Bronx. Great market area in this other Little Italy. $$$ with very big portions

i went here w my wife and another couple....Wow!! This is the way you are supposed to do italian...everything was great....the pasta (the truffle pasta is insane), the eggplant and cheese appetizer and really everything.....It is worth the trip....there is nothing like this in westport, ct......it is comparable to il mulino (my favorite) but at 1/2 the price
