Old school, but not always in a good way. Lots of fried food (if that's your thing fine) that looks fried food everywhere. Prices a bit high for the area...17$ for a dozen steamer clams. Good news is the fish is fresh. Stick with the fish, whole, grilled. And be sure you're not seated facing the sun. It's brutal and... More

Food was absolutely amazing. I ordered the JoJo platter thinking it was just gonna be some lobster meat, clam, mussel, and pasta. Boy was I wrong. They gave me an ENTIRE lobster. Great service despite the place being packed to the brim. Definitely will return again

The food is amazing 😍😍😍 I love the salad and blueberry cake, then there is the garlic bread...and the lobster. I have never had a bad experience here. The staff goes out of their way to ensure you are satisfied.

The place is big and roomy. We were comfortable. The food was good and the service. Would recommend. A bit pricy but about the same as other City Island locales.

More expensive that I expected, but it is lobster or shell fish. Tasty, and many choices. Avoid the fried calamari, as heavy batter. A friend ordered the squid salad and I wished I had.

The place is great. I have been coming to the lobster house for many years and the service is always great. The atmosphere is great and the food is second to none. Try the lobster bisque soup........

This place is a classic in decor, service and menu. The portions were huge, and the quality was very good. We had great service and enjoyed the old school kitsch. A bit pricey, but considering the portions, you'll have some take home.

We have been coming to City Island for many years, but never tried this restaurant. I am so glad that we finally did! The place is huge. They have valet parking for when you arrive. We sat outside and the view was beautiful. Our waiter took care of us as soon as we sat down. We had two piña coladas,... More

Sat down ready for a great lobster dinner and had this nasty, filthy silverware placed in front of us. I thought I was going to vomit. It was crusted with old food, rust and there's even a hair on the plate to boot. we got up and left immediately. Don't eat here unless you want to get diarrhea. Unacceptable.
