It's small, so we had to wait. But we came to see why. Lovely space and service. Classic rock playing fairly loudly. But the highlight is the food. This chef is the real deal - he is inventive and quirky and takes a great deal...More

We stayed on site for two nights to celebrate a birthday (if you didn't know they rent airbnbs above the restaurant). Both nights the ambiance, wine, meals, desserts, the staff....all perfect! Do yourself a favor and take a drive up to the Catskills and try...More

This place deserves nothing but 5 starts. - It is mindblowing that owners were so ballzy to open a pretty high-end restaurant in Bovina Center. - There are absolutely no restaurants for hundreds of miles around that come close to this place in decor, staff,...More

My husband and I went here, for the first and last time, on a weeknight for our 37th wedding anniversary. It was WAY overpriced, inexcusably unfriendly, and annoyingly pretentious. We both got pasta dishes (nothing else looked tempting), and they were small enough that we...More

Brushland is a welcome addition to the western Catskills. It’s the perfect place after a long hike, day of skiing, etc. The menu is small but tasty with dishes that hit the spot. Everything we had was excellent.

What can I say? The atmosphere (although a little on the loud side) is beautiful, the waiter is charming, the price is reasonable, and, most importantly, the food is amazing!

We had a large party that we had planned for a anniversary dinner. The owners were great with the planning. The restaurant is small but has a nice atmosphere. The dishes were numerous and all were amazing. We had children and some picky eaters who...More

Love the ambience in this restaurant! Went there because highly recommended. Didn’t disappoint. Could have gotten all the appetizers as tapas. Olive oil cake for dessert was delish!

The Roxbury, where we stayed, suggested we take the scenic ride over for some great food. So glad we did! My husband enjoyed the cucumber salad and hanger steak specials. The steak was cooked perfectly and melted in your mouth. I loved the roasted carrots...More

My wife and I have been here in the past and loved it. On a recent trip home from Quebec city we decided to take a detour and stop here for dinner. Everything is fantastic, but I can honestly say I’ve never had better carrots...More
