We are a 1946 Service Diner originally from Wooster, MA. This dinner was moved to Bolton Landing in 1989 to replace the old 1904 Bill Gates Dinner which was placed in the Adirondack Museum. We take pride in keeping our diner in its early native state, and love to see people excited about our little treasure. It is a quaint, buzzing atmosphere in the summer and houses many of the locals in the winter. Memorial Day Weekend - thru end of October Every Day 7am-2pm. End of October - Mid May Thursday-Monday 7am-2pm.
$8 - $12

Quick review, but worth it. This is a great place to stop in Bolton Landing for a very flavorful coffee. I had the macchiato and it tremendous. Worth the visit.

No matter what you get, you won’t be disappointed. All the breakfast sandwiches are very good and the portion sizes are very comparable to the price you pay. Great coffee too. Very friendly and personable staff.

Bolton Beans is running a nice take out option for COVID. They have tables with umbrellas (although these are still pretty sunny) and a large awning with a few tables that you can eat the take out bags that they bring out. The packaging is...done very well if you want to take it somewhere else. The takeout is at a window and everything is well done and safe. The menu is limited...so the older reviews that talk about pancakes, etc are not currently relevant. I had some wonderful hash browns..I choose the ones with a lot of meat. My son loved his breakfast burrito...but my father in law complained that except with the massive hash browns there are no options for eggs other than the breakfast burrito (scrambled) or the breakfast sandwich (fried). I enjoyed my breakfast so much that I came back the next day for a grilled tuna fish sandwich which was gooey and delicious and my son asked if we could get him another breakfast burrito on the way out of town...which we did with some homemade donuts to go with it! Don't miss the donuts...we got there early and they were still hot! Overall, tasty food, a great establishment but don't expect the full menu that is listed in some of the pre-COVID reviews.More

Good Coffee, delicious breakfast wraps (warning, they are HUGE). Fun hasbrown options. Very friendly. Still operating mostly as Take out due to COVID, but that's perfect for a quick breakfast in the morning, and just 5 mins from the Sagamore where we were staying. Looked...like they had some good lunch/sandwich selections as well but we didn't try them.More

Great coffee. Delicious breakfast. Strongly recommend really cute inside and server was respectful of the fact that we were in a rush

When I first saw the name, I assumed it was a play on coffee beans, and that coffee would be emphasized here. Mind you, you can get espressos, lattes, Americanos and the like; but a number of their menu items had beans, baked beans or...black with a southwestern flair. Cited in a railroad car, there are very few booths, and a counter. The hostess/waitperson was friendly and set us up in a booth within minutes. We opted for the breakfast burrito (with black beans in it, along with eggs, cheddar) and the southwestern breakfast. That was an omelette with ham, cheddar, avocado, bbq sauce with a side of baked beans (!) and homemade toast. The burrito was nicely grilled and flavorful, but the beans on the side of my friends dish...unlike anything I’ve ever had. Sweet, tangy, spicy...a great compliment to an omelette. I’m looking for an excuse to get back there for more.More

It was my brother who first told me about Bolton Beans for breakfast. He had been going there for Americade for years. Now my GF, my brother and his wife were in Bolton Landing for the Fall Colors and breakfast our first morning had to...be Bolton Beans. It was Wow! A cute dinner to be sure. Yes it was small but clean and the staff were exceptionally friendly. Breakfast was outstanding. Hot and plentiful!. It was so good and our experience was so great that we planned to go back again the next day. Well the next day came and we had slept in perhaps a little too long. When we got to Bolton Beans there was a line out the door. That made sense because it is a great place to eat. Only thing it you have to get there early. So we ate someplace else and I won't tell you how bad that was. So morning #3 we went back to Bolton Beans and this time went early. Yeah! we got in and again breakfast was outstanding. I had the Breakfast Sandwich with sausage and I loved it. I really like Bolton Beans and I'll tell everyone how much it meant to me. Try It!More

Found this time capsule of diner don quite by accident. Stopped for coffee; but, found the aromas intoxicating to our appetites and senses. Entered to find a lively local favorite with everyone offering suggestions to try. I had hash and eggs my wife a traditional...breakfast and loaded oatmeal. Enjoyed every bite and the steady banter. Soon it was standing room only. Only quibble it was a little pricier than expected for breakfast; but, it did not stop us from returning to sample some other local favorites the next day. Maine blue berry muffins for her and similar pancakes for me. Again well prepared.More

This was less than a mile from the Sagamore and while teh Sagamore's breakfdast buffet was excellent, we didn't want to spend $25 for it every day we were there. Boltoin beans food is homemade, delicious and plentiful. I had the Adirondack breakfast consisting of...two huge pancakes, two eggs, sausage, bacon and toast for $12.95. Don't miss it!More
