Who doesn't enjoy a delicious steak. Uncle Jacks has a wonderful reputation and deservedly so. Former mayor Giuliani and Bloomberg are customers here. Kind staff, professional. Steaks are delicious and sides just as good. My only gripe is when I dined here, I felt as if they literally started shoving me out the door once I sat down. Perhaps it... More

Great Steakhouse. Right up there with Peter Lugers. Same pricing also. Bill the manager is awesome. Glad he is back.

The service in this place is truly excellent, attentive, and on point. Every time I walk in the door i feel as if I am a VIP. In over a dozen visits I have never had a bad meal. The Sirloin Chop is one of my all time favorite foods. Just be aware that it is unlikely that you are... More

I see a lot of variance in the reviews, so maybe they're having staff changes, but our visit was phenomenal. Decor is old-school New York steakhouse. It's a pleasure to walk in and take in the scenery -- for anyone who has lived in NYC for awhile, it's a comfortable, familiar setting. There's space between the tables so you're not... More

Great atmosphere, friendly, helpful staff. Food was good but expected more for the price, not quantity but quality...it seemed to be missing something for the entree, appetizers were great! May need to return a second time, maybe it was an off night.

Took some business associates out after a late night of work for dinner. We were visiting from the Midwest and wanted to take the locals out somewhere nice. It was like the restaurant staff were doing us a favor serving us. It was extremely overpriced and they wouldn't even let us order dessert. It was like "eat it and beat... More

Every weekend my BF and I have date night normally on a Sunday but this time we went out on a Saturday. He wanted steak so I went on line, search and Uncle Jacks was the first place that popped up. We walked and were immediately greeted by a larger than life Maitre'd, who asked did we have a reservation,... More
